love this doorbell camera, im really glad i made this purchase. i now have security for my front door as this camera lets you see live action, record and save when someone or something comes around %26 the doorbell is a video call to your phone. you can interact with the guest from your phone or ward off intruders, pretty sweet ! happy customer

Got it on Sale, needed a doorbell camera. I was hesitant on buying an Arlo brand camera over a ring camera, but surprisingly it works good so far. It gets the job done, the price makes it better. 10/10 for me.

in the beginning this camera seemed great for the money. after one month needed to charge the battery. then one week later. now just a few nights later??? battery life is going down....I guess you really do get what you pay for. the quality otherwise on it has been great. the video, the sound, ease of taking it on and off the wall outside and charging it. but the back and forth now is becoming a hassle when it shouldn't be this often. we are now planning to just use it until we can afford a more reliable branded one like ring doorbell.

Live updates are fairly accurate. There is no doorbell sound. Please be aware you would need to provide an additional unit from Arlo so you can add on the chime if you don't have a chime sound built in your home subscriptions after the one month trial go from $30-$60 a month but the Arlo app sucks.

The camera failed to record a package that was dropped of at the house by UPS during the trial period and when I submitted a ticket to support for Arlo. They never called me like they said in the email. Im returning the camera and gling with another product.

Worthless to me without the overpriced chime. Arlo keeps sending me messages for 15% off as I thought of buying the chime...$50 is vastly overpriced and the 15% off does not work on accessories so they have wasted much time of mine and I will be moving to a different doorbell from another company

Easy to install, wired to the transformer, nice video and sound. Looked like a great product until the trial expired. Now the only image seen is the last one, all others are wiped out. Can't review any playback. Last video is lost moments after touching the playback which then goes to live view. Must purchase subscription ($7 - $24.99 / month) in order to save or view past events. Very disappointed.

Easy set up. Quality of video is ok. This camera does not pick up anything until it’s right up on your door….did not pull up my maintenance guy pulling in and parking 20 feet in front of my house. 5 minutes of recording is on when it “picks up movement” but doesn’t not record besides a few seconds “about 20”. Not worth it at all!

I've had this camera now for three months and first problem that happened immediately was the camera delay for alert is at least 10 to 12 seconds. I can be standing at my door and unlock both locks and get inside and into my bedroom before it even alerts that there was someone outside that happened immediately. I wasn't really worried about the alerts. I just wanted it for the doorbell so that wasn't much of an issue now after having it for about three months I have to charge it at least twice a week and no one even uses it so there's no reason for the charge to be that bad. It's too late for me to get a refund, but it's not too late for me to keep someone else from wasting their money so buyer beware
