its nice but it dies way to fast.... and when the battery is under50% its slow i only had it not even a week and had to charge it 3 times.... its good when you want to see who outside other then that idk might as well get the actual ring doorbell spend the little extra money. need longer lasting battery...

It sucks battery life is horrible I’ll charge it 100% and when I put it back outside and check my camera it’s already at 81% right after taking it off the charger. Takes forever to load can never see footage cause it’s always on power saving mode to save battery but is still always dying within a few hours

It's not worth the money; you will have to make changes to the transformer ends by cutting them off. And if you have a problem with this doorbell camera and call or write the company, it's a pure joke, they will put you off and claim they are working hard to help you, hoping you give up and stop bugging them with your problem. I have written to Merkury Smart team over and over again only to be put off, or told they sent my request to the front office. If you're not willing to stand behind the product, stop selling them. there have been 12-15 messages and they stopped answering now.

I bought this two days ago thinking it was gonna be a great product,! I opened it seemed ok missing parts contacted the company they were no help!!! did exactly what I was supposed to very hard process evening doing that . They want you using two different apps nah that was one thing I'm not about! the picture quality is below average night vision poor quality, wanna know what upset me it always saying offline,offline I try fixing it kept doing the same ole song and dance DONT BUY THIS READ EVERYONE'S REVIEWS !!!! YOU THINK JUST BECAUSE YOUR PAYING MORE BETTER QUALITY WRONG

I bought this to replace my 6-year-old Google doorbell. it's impossible to pair. I got it to pair one time. the picture was upside down and could not connect it to Google home. unpaired it reset it and it would not pair again. went through all the steps. texted the manufacturer. they made us feel stupid. Plus it will not work with the geenie app and I had to download the Merkury version of the same app. Total nightmare. returned. this is the 2nd Merkury door cam. we've tried. other things from that company have worked fine plugins, light bulbs. basically anything that doesn't take a QR code. never had this problem with the Google nest doorbell. so if this off-brand that I'm trying today doesn't work it'll be nest from here on out. but no more Merkury!

Battery doesn't even last a day. It constantly says it detects something and records. Even if I change range of detection it still does it. I don't get the notifications till hours later. The date and time consistently changes. I like the different ring tones but that is it.

I have to charge this thing every day. I'm very disappointed. The pictures are great but it does no good when I'm at work and it's not working. I work 12 hrs and before I get home it's dead

This camera is not reliable! The picture during the day is ok but it does not have night vision, it takes more than 7-10 minutes to show a live feed. for the price I'd expect way more. I will return this and will not purchase again!

The WORST product on the market my camera goes out every other day says it's unavailable it will take a moment it never comes on I have to keep taking it off and plugging it up! Woke up to flat tire car right in front of camera and of course it wasn't working! Not impressed at all
