Set up was extremely easy, picture quality is clear and better then I expected. Picks up sound so well I can hear that my neighbors smoke detector needs a battery lol

Pleasantly surprised. The quality is obviously not to great at a certain distance. But it gives you a wide range of view. Very easy to use the app. And has been very useful!!

This is a great camera. Was packaged well. Arrived in excellent shape and good quality. The image and night vision work perfectly for keeping an eye on my chickens. Works great every time. The only down side is I wish it had a longer charge run time but it works great for my needs! Thanks

There were a couple of problems connecting it to the existing system. But the night hour customer service representative was extremely helpful and resolved everything During one quick phone call.

Very easy to install. The picture quality is not the best at night but perfect during the day. The only thing I really don't like is that I have to remove it and charge the battery.

The camera is great and comes with two batteries. The camera can use four. The only problem is when you try to buy batteries for this camera it's impossible to find. You would think the stores that sale these would have an option to buy extra batteries but I can't find them anywhere.

I regret this purchase because the company Night Owl could not use my phone number to set up the Mobil app, claiming I already had an account with them. They even concluded that I never had signed up with them but still couldn't link my phone number. My number isn't a prepaid number. Same Verizon number for years.

Don't waste your time and money on this product! I bought 3 of these cameras totalling almost $200, only to be left frustrated and disappointed. Half of the time this product struggles to connect to Wi-Fi even though my Wi-Fi works perfectly fine, so during times when I'm using the app to observe what is happening on my property, the live feed just freezes and I'm left looking at a frozen image and have to restart the app. Another issue I have is the camera not picking up or recording people trespassing on my property. I get notifications with a thumbnail image that there is someone at my door but when I open the app to view the footage, there is no footage and not only that but it takes so long for the app to actually load that I end up missing who was there because they leave. A couple of the recordings in the app are just black screens with no audio or video when I try to play it. The actual quality of the footage when it decides to work is more like 1080p, not 2K. I once got an alert that there was a vehicle in my back yard but it was just a squirrel. The field view is just okay, could be better. The battery life of the included 2 batteries only last a day and a half on a full charge in my cameras so I have to constantly charge them. The camera requires a microSD card sold separately to record and store video locally in the app and the longest recording setting you can apply is a minute and a half. So if something happens after the duration of the recording, you're outta luck! I purchased these cameras to help provide my family with some peace of mind after there was an attack at our home and this product has been more disappointing than helpful. I don't recommend this product at all. If you're looking to provide peace and safety for your family, skip this product and company altogether and try your luck with something different.

Night vision isn't great. Daylight is very pixelated. It paired easily with my current setup and installation was easy. i wouldn't suggest using it for security purposes. More suitable for close range monitoring. It needs to be in a lower position because it requires re-charging frequently but the battery life seems decent.
