Merkury Smart Indoor Camera 1080p - Wi-Fi Security Cam with Night Vision, White (1-Pack)

I would recommend thia camara if you put it under your porch roof it wont ocer heat over all great purchase though I would admit if you are puttibg it outside to get a longer cord. There is a subscription with the product, but over all its fairly cheap considering other big names.The night vision is good and so is its detection. I wished it recorded in a loop but as I said best purchase for a cheap price. Also ypu dont have to get the subscription you can use a san disk SD card which is reccomended up to 128 gb.But dont use SD card and subscription! Its one or the other!

It don’t record the hole video I have missing content it’s like it skips I’m trying to record people saying I start saying something or acting crazy or I’m a I’m in my room in a nursing home tired of these people coming in being a smart to me or say they will be back and say I’m lying so I need proof I’m not and having part of a conversation is not good I even tried paying and thats no better just save the lil money they ask for it all they want is to start collecting a monthly subscription oh and they make it so hard to cancel it I had to go to my bank for help and had to cancel my debit card and get another one that was a pain because I had bills I had setup that I had to go add the new card to did they care no but look most of these security cameras are like this want you to pay for a subscription this was the second camera I tried I won’t be doing a 3rd don’t believe me you’ll find out if you buy one

The description of this camera is deceiving. It is advertised as "no monthly subscription required". In order to get full functionality you need to purchase one of three "yearly" subscriptions. Without a paid subscription you don't have full control of the camera. If you attempt to change settings you will get a subscription message. The camera will record on it's own. In 24 hours it recorded 53 pictures and videos of nothing. Absent a subscription, you will have to pull the micro SD card which is not included, out of the camera and view the contents on another platform. Caveat: You will need a toothpick to pry the micro SD card out. I cannot in good conscience recommend this camera. You'd be ahead of the game just buying a Wi-Fi Trailcam. At least you will have control of it with a subscription fee!

Doesn’t work, had to be connected to Bluetooth constantly so is your phone isn’t around camera it won’t work. Which is pointless because I need this to record while I’m away from home. Also this has to be plugged in with a very short cord. Complete waste of money.

yess I put 1 start but I also recommend this camera!!! the rest is because this is the camera I've bought before and never had issues just need a new one for a new location and I hooked it up and connected and the video feedback is completely orange with spots like it's been damaged. I had it delivered so it had to be damaged in transit

randomly disconnecting from internet. when i finally got ahold of customer service they blamed it on my so called bad internet. when i know its not my internet. i have any where from 3 to 5 devices connected at all times and i also live stream on twitch and i have absolutely no issues with anything else randomly disconnecting. terrible products and the customer service line is even worse took me several times to get ahold of someone and then they just blame it on my internet giving me not really solution i got the cramas because of people messing with my vehicle and now due to the camaras randomly disconnecting my boyfriends 300$ bike got stolen but have no proof because the cameras where disconnected from the wifi. dont buy terrible product

The Merkury security camera senses motion far too frequently every evening when there is none. Been testing it for days now. Tech support has been contacted and offers no solution so far after nearly a week. Must have a resolution before I buy into one of their plans. Will continue to test thru the season.

Not compatible with my WiFi only compatible with 2.4. Seems like it wouldn't been a really good camera but I sooner hours trying to connect it and resetting it . Definitely returning and looking into something else

This product is a waste. They force you to subscribe to record. Claiming that you can use an SD card to store when it won’t register even the most popular brands of SD cards. This product has no zoom function, won’t register movement of anything further than 10 feet, and requires you to play the role of a central watch station instead of a recording security device. If you’re going to buy this product, be prepared to be let down. Their customer service is a supreme joke of an outfit and uses what I assume is the lowest form of AI responses with nearly insane response times.

These cameras do not work well at all. There’s a loud noise when you’re trying to hear what’s going on in your house making it hard to hear. Camera’s also seem to not pull up when your trying to see who’s there telling you to reconnect to WiFi. You have to wait a little bit then they will work. Not a good camera if you’re trying to have a safe place for yourself or your children.
