Budget friendly quality camera that is a breeze to setup and manage. There is a subscription but you DO NOT have to have it, but I got a great deal 50% off every month for a year. So it's $4.99 instead of $9.99. That's cheap compared to some of the other cameras I had in the past and ones my family and friends have. It has quality video and sound. It has a where you can two-way audio talk, also has alarms you can set up to scare people away, with the subscription you can record and all that great stuff. What on your phone when you aren't home and speak over the two way. Not to mention this camera was under thirty bucks. I mean it's so good we are going to purchase at least 2 more. I highly recommend. I have a set of Swann security cameras they run about six hundred bucks, this camera is so much better. I love that it is easy to understand and manage— plus it such a breeze to set up. I cannot praise this camera enough. My other ones I could never even get them paired to my phone, never could get ahold of customer service, also never did fully figure out how to use them. lol

The only thing that has been a little bit of a nuisance is that you must take down the camera and fully charge it before hooking it up to a solar panel for constant charge. I did not ensure the battery was charged to 100% prior to plugging in the solar panel. And after maybe 2 weeks it has completely depleted the battery. However, I am pretty confident that once I do this step. I will not be disappointed! I should see it stay charged for a much longer period of time. Also, without a solar panel and keeping it going non- stop you will get maybe 3 weeks of battery life before you will need to take it down and charge it again to 100%. Definitely a good deal.

This camera has great pictures and videos. Easy to set up. The battery lasts a long time and doesn't take long to charge up. I bought one and it performed well so I decided to purchase another one. You can't go wrong with this camera. Plus it's a good price.

These cameras are well-built and easy to install, making the setup process smooth and hassle-free. The video quality is impressive, with clear images during both day and night. The only downside is the monthly subscription fee, which is relatively high compared to other options on the market. Overall, the cameras perform well and deliver good value, but the subscription cost is something to consider.

I tried adding the app to three modern devices which failed because they didn't support the app. Got it onto a fourth device and discovered that the camera's paid subscription is not only necessary for the things the description lists it covers, but even for viewing the daily recordings. Only the previous one shows up, and clicking it jumps the display to the live feed. The picture quality was poor to boot. It's a pretty paperweight. Bought Eufy cameras which are excellent.

One of the worst camera brands that I purchased for the first time. This battery operated wireless camera display is not as sharp and clear as the Google, Reolink and Simplisafe cameras that I have. The Arlo security camera is also the first battery operated wireless camera I ever bought. Well, I returned this Arlo camera to the store for a refund because the battery required charging sooner than I thought. The battery power to energize the camera was not lasting and can be a nuisance to continuously charge it. Additionally, this unit is supposed to work with the Google home app but I had issues streaming viewing any camera video. I tried to speak to customer service during their (Pacific Standard Time) business hours but I kept receiving a recording to call during business hours? The service line should be opened for help assistance but I could not speak to any Arlo representative live in person. So as I said initially I returned the security camera to the store for a full refund.

Cameras are great but after trial, you have to sign up for a monthly or yearly subscription for the camera to get playback, you can view the camera by turning it on, but you do not get playback unless you have a subscription plan very disappointing on that does not work like the original Arlo camera. It alerts you, but you are not able to view playback without subscription. Just heads up before committing to buy multiple cameras will be returning all four camera

This camera was junk. Took an hour to connect to wifi, battery lasted 3 days and had to recharge, that happened twice on low settings. Someday it just quit working.

Don't purchase these cameras unless you are wanting to pay for a subscription. They only work the first 30 days then become completely unusable. You can't view them at all. This was not advertised. I assumed I would lose some functionality without a subscription but not 100% of it. You can see from my screenshot it goes totally offline.

night vision only works if tiny light exists... infrared means sees in pitch dark... then if you dont PAY for some unessesary service then your cam has no mem card only on in real time.. you have to go use other apps to record your phone screen vid and sound ... how rude and lame... how about respecting the money we spent with a mem card HOLE ..
