Merkury Smart 2K Light Bulb Security Camera, 360° Pan Tilt, 4MP HD Video, Night Vision, Motion Alerts, WiFi Smart Camera with LED Light

It works fine to keep an eye on things. The SD card spot is right out in front and easy to see, I don't like that. It sometimes has connectivity issues so I have to close the app and re open it often. Sometimes that fixes it, sometimes not. It keeps re adjusting itself. After I get it pointed where I want it, I will check it and it will have re adjusted itself so it is no longer pointing where I need it, and then when I try to adjust it from the app, it moves too far and I end up having to go left, go right, up, then down to see the thing I had it pointed at. Later it sometimes puts itself back where I had it, most of the time I have to get the chair out, climb up there and manually point it where I need it again.

Purchased this and it would not connect all through their app. Worked with support that was no help. She kept saying it was a new device for them. After doing the same routine over and over for 30 minutes. I gave up working with her. Going back to the store to return it.

Easy to install, but getting it going was tricky. Once I did, trying to get it to not point towards my house as the stationary position or "home" position was impossible. Trying to pan/rotate it pretty much did what it wanted even if I tapped left, right, up, down. Also there is no "night vision" like it stated. it just reflects back onto itself in the glass. Also there was no way to shut off the light around the actual camera/eye part. It came on and went off when it felt like it. If you have the "spotlight" ON then you truly can't see. So claiming to have night vision was false advertisement. I am returning for a full refund, this product was not meant for outside like it claimed.

The product would not load up on the 2G Then it wouldn't stay on the electricity kept going on and off like he had a short in it when I tried to contact Customer Service. All they had was frequently asked questions and they said don't take it back to the store, but I took it back to the store and got my money back.

Camera would NOT connect to my wifi. Followed all instructions that came with the item for trouble shooting. Nothing worked. Manual says you'll hear a beep when ressetting camera and see a blinking red light, but that is false, no audible beep is heard. It clicks then the camera moves. Contacted Merkury support through the app and conversation was dropped 3 times due to having to navigate back and forth from the app to the conversation which opens up in your web browser. Web support was also no help. The camera never connected to my wifi. Merkury support even blamed my wifi saying its a dual band and connection would be easier if it was single for 2.4 instead of 2.4 and 5. Will never purchase from Merkury again and I do not recommend the company and its products to any one else for purchase.

Does not stay connected to my WIFI even though I have 800 mbps up and down speeds for the WIFI. When it is connected it doesn’t move around very well. In the app, I’ll barely push the up button and it will go from looking at the ground to looking at the sky but I need it to just look straight forward! The picture quality is bad and there’s a lot of static from the microphone too. Awful product and I want my money back!

You have to be present to reconnect to Bluetooth, so it's useless if I'm not home-am trying to return it.

This thing sucks. I can’t get it to pair to my phone via QR code and when I did the first time it kept disconnecting from live video feed. 0/10

if you don't have constant stable internet you have to keep going thru the original install process to get it working again. Next 1 minute or more hiccup start again. LOVE pulling out the 10' ladder constantly!🙄🤔 NOT!

its not working it's not working properly it sounds showing video upside down and also not capturing the way should be I think it's a malfunction with the camera so I would like to return it I'm very unhappy with it
