Great for the price.
These cameras work great. I purchased them 2 months ago and was concerned about the quality because they were so cheap. So far so good. happy with the cameras and happy with what i paid for them.

Wow what a great camera
I really enjoy using the merkury smart outdoor camera. for the price you get a high quality camera and it's very durable. The sound is loud and clear when communicating through the camera. The picture quality is amazing as well

it works good, I bought it because the first one I had worked wonderfully, this one is different, but it still does the job.

The camera lacks one main feature that I consider a dealbreaker. It does not have continuous recording. It will only records when it detects motion, which isnt always reliable. Defeats the purpose of having to insert an SD card in my opinion.

easy to install. my dislike js that you have to pay 5.99 a month to get motion detection alerts for two devices. it should be free. i recommend geeni hawk way easier to use and free.

Are you getting subscription? If not, dont buy!
Please read! Do not buy this camera unless you plan on buying the subscription. Without the subscription, SD card only saves 24 hours. Worthless. Also ask yourself if you know how to format SD cards to Fat32 formatting. Most dont come that way (old tech) and you need a PC program to convert SD cards to Fat32. This is a garbage camera and I plan to replace.

This is NOT compatible with existing Mercury
I bought this because it is the same brand of the indoor cameras that I bought. Same name brand. However, if you buy this camera, you have to download a new app and a new subscription for the out door camera. When you talk to customer service about it, they basically tell you sorry about your luck. It is still a good camera, the low rating is for misleading customers about the product.

the pictures are not clear. I waited a few days past 30 days and walmart would not let me return it. I have been trying to get Merkury to replace it. They won't. Not a happy shopper!
