It was missing the mounting bracket and 3 days later with various emails they are still giving me a runaround to mail the part they negleted to include. Going back as a return and ordering from another company.

Omg the quality of the day and night vision is excellent. I love that u can clearly see animals or humans so clearly, talk about facial recognition not a problem check. I have not had a single problem with the internet connection since I purchased one, So I went back and bought another that is how good it works! Great for the price. Just be aware that u can use with a micro card or purchase storage you choose. I added night pictures to show the quality of the night vision

First of all, installation was very easy and instructions were very helpful. Setting up on your phone is very simple too. You just follow instructions, and it's all set up. You need to charge it first, however. The image was very clear in both day and night. Intercom worked well and the voice both ways was clear as well. Over all I recommend it, given cloud storage and 1 year warranty.

I like the look of the camera doorbell and the way the app functions however the battery life is not great. I like that its rechargeable so we arent using batteries, but since installing it a little over a month aho its has drained the battery twice and had to be taken inside to recharge. Thankfully it only takes a few hours to charge, but you have to remove a screw to take it out to bring inside. Its advertised to last 6 months on a single charge and this is definitely not the case. Not a deal breaker, but quite inconvenient. I have had to change all the settings to use else battery and now it misses people coming to the porch unless they ring the bell. I am pleased that you dont bave to pay for storage, so that's a plus.

This wireless doorbell camera is packed with latest and innovative features. It is pretty easy to setup and pair with phone or tablets with its user friendly tapo app. Tapo has done a great job providing straightforward instructions making is easy to install out of the box and start using it. I can say this tapo doorbell camera is one of the best in the market for the price tag. The video quality is great with 2K resolution and an excellent field of view covering majority of the area. With 5200mAh battery it lasts close to 180days with one charge and with added IP54 feature making it water and dust resistant. I specifically liked the doorbell call and AI-detection features. The notifications are quick and easy to respond. With local storage feature to install microSD card made it more convenient to store and download without the need of subscription. Overall, great product with excellent feature.

Useless junk. It's so delayed in detecting anyone they're at the door and gone or already inside before it alerts. I thought maybe it was a weak wifi signal so I bought a wifi booster and nothing changed. I've played with the settings in all ways, nothing changes how slow it is to detect activity. It's set up at the end of a long porch and angled to see the whole porch and into the parking lot. It doesn't pick up anything in the parking lot no matter how I try to set it and people are almost entirely down the porch before it triggers a sensor and that's only part of the time. Other times it doesn't see anyone at all even though someone's been to the door with deliveries and such. The talk/audio part is terrible too. People can barely hear me/make out what I'm saying when I speak through it. I can hear them okay. It also, CONSTANTLY stops using the SD card. There's no notice about an issue, it just randomly stops notifying me or recording anything and I just have to happen to notice it stopped. Then I have to go through and reformat it to get it back to recording/saving clips. Also, ZERO customer support. I've reached out to them for help on the settings to see if there's something I'm possibly missing to make it better and they never responded. It also says I should be able to watch the cam from my computer but... shocker... that doesn't work either. Reached out AGAIN for support on how to make this work and - you guessed it - no response. For the cost of this CHEAP (you get what you pay for) device plus the extender I could've gotten a doorbell cam for a little more money that would've actually worked. Disappointing waste of money.

TP20 is excellent choice that is very easy to setup and delivered impressive, high quality video. It has features a USB-compatible microsd lot for convenient local storage, which I really appreciate as it avoid monthly fee. You also can use app to draw” activity zones”. The battery has 5v usb chargers and I think it could last up to 6 months under normal use. Overall I really like this doorbell a lot for its reliability and clear 2k resolution.

What a great camera! The performance is crystal clear and the build quality is top notch! This camera is way better than my ring camera by far due to the non based cloud storage, easy setup and great features that are easy to understand right out of the box.

I like TP link. Equipment is reliable and easy to use. Tech support and customer service is very good.

Bought this Doorbell in July haven't been able to use it because parts are missing to hang outside and the tape isn't strong enough to mount in Hot Georgia wather
