The image isn't crispy clear but I was able to watch my kiddos while my teen babysat! Night vision is crisper than the regular vision. But I'd definitely recommend. We'll use it when we go on vacation to keep and eye on the house.

This product is okay if you are needing something cheap just to set up. You do have to buy a subscription for it among buying the product. My issue is the sound. My family used the voice from the device it is horrible it is so low you can not hear very well you have to get close to the product to hear. It is not the best quality for the voice part but for the most part it does alright. I plan to get a different one in the future but for now these are okay. I wouldn't necessarily buy them again.

it requires a monthly subscription the motion sensor doesnt record or even send notifications they are a pain the butt to get connected i open the app and have problems with loading live video i dont recommend they used to use geeni app that was so much beyter and free i dont want to pay 9.99 month to to be able to use camera ive already paid for

This thing was so hard to set up, the first time. And now that I need to reinstall the cameras , they wouldn't connect even though I did everything verbatim!

Can't get cameras connected. The Merkury app is horrible. I Tried several times to get someone on the phone. I receive continuous text messages saying they are trying to reach me . Service is terrible. I'm returning as they do not work with the user friendly app, Genie.

I have the one that has motion activation and then bought this set thinking it would be similar since it's the same company. But NOPE. Can't HEAR anything with these and when you do, it's all distorted. If people aren't in the same room, they won't hear you SCREAMING for them over the cameras, which makes them absolutely POINTLESS in any emergency!!!! WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND these. At ALL. Only thing good is the picture is always good. But they really have GARBAGE for SOUND quality. 💯

you get like 3 minutes of viewing at a time and then you have to press continue viewing unless you're willing to pay for the subscription. should have been written on the box.

This item I ordered online had been opened some how and the app info was missing. The box was misplaced so I can't return it . Also like to note... there was no obvious signs the box was opened before, but the material used for linking and set up was not complete and possibly used already.

My reading was not supposed to have any stars whatsoever every time I start it stars after I hit the continue so therefore that's not even fair cause it's not saying what I wanted to say what it wants to say false advertisement someone's gonna get sued

honestly wish I could return these but I lost the box the quality and sound are terrible my kids can't hear me talk thru them and you have to pay for a subscription.
