Merkury Smart Wi-Fi Plug - Smart Outlet Compatible with Alexa & Google, White (3-Pack)

This specific model does not work with Google Home Assistant, even though instructions and packaging indicate that it does. This is a known issue with the manufacturer. Their support team was honest, telling me that they were working on a fix, but it wasn't coming quickly. The issue is with the Merkury Smart App and not the device. Older versions of this plug connect to other apps that will connect with Google Home.

So it says on the package that they were on Clarence for eight dollars and with my delivery I had to pay $12 apiece so that I feel like somebody owes me eight more dollars because I got two of them for $12 a piece and the tag clearly says eight

Does not pair. It will ask you for WiFi, Bluetooth and location. You will encounter one of three issues: 1) get to the last step of naming it and it encounters an error, 2) won’t recognizes the device so it can’t pair, or 3) you somehow manage to pair it then you’ll get a “the device is updating” screen, the update won’t work because your device has unpaired. I don’t recommend this product. I will be returning it

This product is horrible. Do not buy! It can't connect to Google Home and you will not be able to use voice activation. These Merkury Smart Plugs are garbage. Do not waste your time.

I should have read the reviews. I brought these like others did because I wanted to stick to one "ecosystem" and one app. Even though they are made by the same company these new packaged ones dont work with the Geeni app. Sending these back to the store, I don't need yet another app to mess with. Poor integration guys! Bring the old onto the new app or vice versa but don't mess with people and completely switch apps under the same brand.

All these devices have been is an aggervation... They don't work right the app is horrible and glitchy. I have trouble getting them to connect and when they do they don't work, they only turn on via the button on side they fail to work in the app. I don't have time to return this crap, they can keep my 20 bucks I'll never buy any of these again. I'm going to get amazon Amazon Smart Plugs... I don't recommend these things... It's just aggravating....

Have many older devices which work great. New ones do not work with existing Geeni app. Bought this brand because I did not want another app on my phone. Also, instruction say they should blink 2 times per sec or 1 time every 5 seconds. Could not get mine to do anything but 1 time per second.
