Now that I have received the two cameras and have them installed, I like that there is no subscription required to use and view the images from the cameras.

These cameras work great! Subscription is NOT REQUIRED. You get a 30 day free trial then i just bought micro sd cards. They have good video and audio quality. You can adjust the settings easily. The i one i have on the front door i have the sensitivity turned down so it doesnt go off with all the vehicles driving by but will record when people or animals come up my side walk. My back camera the sensitivity is turned up and catches everything. Depending on the sensitivity you have set the batteries last a long time and they are rechargeable which is great. You can use the app to turn on the light, talk to anyone through the camera and watch playback.

100% better than my old “name brand cameras”

heather July 21, 2025

Easy installation and set up and connection to your phone! 100% upgrade from my old, more expensive, “name brand” cameras! Alarm will sound as soon as motion is detected with an instant alert to your phone. We also love that the alert will specify if the motion is a person, pet, vehicle, or just motion (a bee or bird flying around the camera). Price is excellent for the quality!

Overall great security camera

Adam July 21, 2025

Bought because we needed cameras for outside, I have a decently sized yard and can see the entire yard no issue, they take about 5 hours to fully charge from 50%. Easy set up and easy install. Battery can hold a charge if you don't opt for the solar panel. They take a micro sd card if you don't want to use the subscription. These are better than my other brand cameras.

The motion activation is slow, so often turns on just in time to see the action. Also even while continuously "on" in record mode, it times out every 20 seconds and misses a few seconds. So recording is not continuous and much is missed. If you need continuous monitoring of a single spot for security reasons, a workaround is to put multiple cameras on the same zone, hoping that they are triggered a few seconds apart, thus the gaps in each of their footage doesn't overlap or overlaps less. So, if that's the case it might make more sense to just buy a more premium camera. It's good for informal use where safety is not a huge concern. Like wildlife around the property or indoors to see what shenanigans your cats do.

These are decent cameras for average viewing. The resolution is good, until you have to zoom in, then it gets harder to see because of pixelation. Some of this can be resolved through editing, if necessary. Overall, a decent camera for the price and is certainly better than nothing at all.

Like it very much

Min June 21, 2025

Yes, it's great. I check it several times almost every day. The interesting thing is that I caught a rabbit detecting movement at 3 am in the morning.

When ordering these cameras I was under the impression that they were solar based and that I didn't have to charge them. they are not. while the battery is pretty decent with only having to charge it 2 month it's still a behind every time it needs to be charged

To hard for me

Elderly dont buy unless you dont mind paying for installation. They dont tell you to install everything first. Lot of climbing, lot of things to do, frequent purchase.
