Great Outdoor Security Camera for the Price! Excellent outdoor security camera at an affordable price. Easy to install, works great, and offers good features for home security. The iCloud monthly subscription is also affordable, making it a great value overall. Highly recommended!
Cams have good battery life and motion sensitivity. Love my Tapo security cams and the app is super convenient for my cams, robot vacs, leak sensors, temp monitors and smart bulb and plugs! On-board storage and its easy to download or still shot pics.
These cameras are EXTREMELY easy to set up and install. My ONLY complaint is the screws for installation. They use tiny screws with even smaller Phillips head fittings. It's very easy to strip the Phillips Head out and you'll have to drill off head, cut it, or break something to dismount it from the wall, tree, ect. Upgrade needed, cameras are great !
Pretty easy to set up. A variety of customizations on each camera are available for users. The cameras have 2 to 3 resolution choices from which to record or view and are generally very clear.
camera is very good and the range is decent. the screws provided were really not adequate if you're going to screw into the side of a wall. the directions for getting set up were easy to follow.
These are decent cameras for average viewing. The resolution is good, until you have to zoom in, then it gets harder to see because of pixelation. Some of this can be resolved through editing, if necessary. Overall, a decent camera for the price and is certainly better than nothing at all.
so far they work well but the software needs more funtionality as far being able to delete unwanted video
The battery last almost 30 days first month but has been consistently 2-3 weeks now even with same settings. They click kind of loudly sometimes when turning on and off but have good clarity and sound in light and on infrared mode.
Elderly dont buy unless you dont mind paying for installation. They dont tell you to install everything first. Lot of climbing, lot of things to do, frequent purchase.
When ordering these cameras I was under the impression that they were solar based and that I didn't have to charge them. they are not. while the battery is pretty decent with only having to charge it 2 month it's still a behind every time it needs to be charged
