I can see a noticeable difference in the whiteness of my teeth. True to the 3 shades lighter. I took a before and after pic from 10 days of use.

This toothpaste has a pleasant, clean mint taste that is not too overpowering. I've been using it for a couple of weeks and have observed a gradual but definite improvement in the brightness of my teeth. It lathers well and leaves my mouth feeling fresh after brushing. The 6-ounce tube is a good size and should last a reasonable amount of time. For a toothpaste that offers whitening benefits without an overly abrasive feel, this performs well. It's a solid option for maintaining whiter teeth with a familiar mint flavor.

I was complaining to my dentist (who I see every six months) that my teeth were dull and yellowing, and I've always had a bright smile. My Dentist suggested using Arm %26 Hammer toothpaste on my dry teeth for 1 minute, then brushing as normal with water. IT BRIGHTENED MY SMILE the first day. I use method 2-3 times a week.

Been using for years, as a supplement every 3 weeks. It breaks up the build up around the bottom front teeth. I start using a month after a dental cleaning and then every 3 weeks there after until next appointment. Then repeat. I learned not to use a lot on the brush.

I first learned of arm and ham and baking soda whitening toothpaste approximately 12 years ago. It is the only toothpaste I use today. it not only cleans your mouth but if you grew up like I did my mother had us brush our teeth with baking soda and rinse it out with peroxide and this product give you the exact same feeling leave your mouth feeling more than clean but refreshed and there is no better toothpaste on the market.

I CANNOT SAY ENOUGH ABOUT THIS TOOTH PASTE. I ORDERED IT THINKNG IT WAS ANOTHER BRAND DUE TO COLORS. THEN I REALIZED WHY IT COSTS A LITTLE MORE. YOU DO N OT NEED A MOUTHWASH AFTER BRJSHING . IT IS SO REFRESHING AND SEEMS TO LAST LONGER BECAJSE IT TAKES SO LITTLE FOR EACH USE. i AM HOOKED AND HAVE ALREADY RECOMMENDED IT TO FAMILY MEMBERFSK.

I've been really happy with Arm %26 Hammer Toothpaste. It leaves my mouth feeling super clean and fresh, and I love that it helps with whitening without being harsh on my teeth. The baking soda gives it that deep-clean feeling, but it's still gentle enough for everyday use. After using it for a while, my teeth feel smoother and my breath stays fresh longer. Great quality for the price and definitely a toothpaste I'll keep buying!

I have used this toothpaste for years. It is better than Colgate and Crest but it's not very good at protecting against cavities. I shouldn't have any cavities for all the brushing I do but I recently realized my filling has a cavity and a couple other teeh have cavities starting. . The toothpaste does make my mouth and teeth feel clean but it isn't preventing cavities

I love the product, However. The amount of whitening agent or peroxide will cause a scaliness liken unto a lipburn like if you constantly lick your lips and dry them out. If you have sensitive lips you want to stay away from this product. It cleans the teeth and mouth extremly well but the burns don't make it worth the discomfort.
