It's okay.
If you can't get fresh ginger, this isn't a bad option. It's not super gingery and not as flavorful as I had hoped.

Flip Cap has no Closure
The flip cap doesn't actually click closed in any fashion whatsoever. It's impossible to fully close the container and keep it from drying out in the fridge.

Disgusting
I would give this zero stars if I could. I expected my usual ground ginger paste. When this came in my delivery I thought it was the same but a different brand, oh how wrong I was. It squirted out this weird, whitish paste. I tasted it and it was oily and bitter, not sweetly spicy - UGH! Right in the trash it went.
