AROMA® Professional 20-Cup (Cooked) / 5Qt. Digital Rice & Grain Multicooker, New, ARC-5000SB

This Aroma rice maker is bigger and has more features than I'll ever need, but it was on sale for less than smaller ones I was considering. I have never owed a rice maker before, so I was sort of going into this blind. I have now used this rice maker many times to make white rice. I can say that every single time, the rice has come out literally perfect. Even when it's done and switches over to warm, it still comes out perfect. I really like that feature as well, as I've gone outside or in the garage to do something after starting some rice and get a little sidetracked time-wise. one of these days, I may get brave enough to try some of the other features haha, but for now, I just love that my rice comes out perfect every time. I would definitely buy this same rice maker again.

This is, hands down, THE BEST cooker we have ever purchased. I swear it somehow makes the rice come out a thousand times better than any other cooker! And being able to steam veggies or meat at the same time is just amazing! I had to switch my diet drastically due to an autoimmune disorder I have, so this came in super useful. Now that I know how to use all the options, I will never stop using this. Well, unless it quits on me first. It seems to be pretty darn well made, though. So, I doubt it'll happen anytime soon.

Had to replace my rice cooker and I'm very satisfied with this one. It was very easy to use. I love all the options for cooking. Cleaning it is also very simple.

I like this rice cooker it's making my life easier the size is perfect making Biryani ,just one think that I think should make it more easy for me is lid, thay have one lid over the top and it joins with rice cooker little difficult to wash it good if it has one more extra lid over the pan so it more easily makes it clean. I dont have a stove in my apartment, but i dont need one with this pot. This is the best pot I've ever had. It cooks very well, has perfect timing, and is multi functional. I'm on my second one and will always replace it even if I have a stove.

So happy with this rice cooker. Tons of options, bigger than my small one, cooks perfectly every time, steams really well and makes soup like a champ. No problems, always works and easy to clean. Very happy.

I love this rice cooker so much l use it for everything. Soups, white rice, rice and beans, vegetables etc l plan to buy a new one for my daughter and my friend. Soooooooo good and easy to use and cook. Thank you so very nice KMart you're the best 🙏👍❤️

Aroma has horrible customer service. They were given the opportunity to replace the damaged inner pot. I received in a new rice cooker. They received all the required documentation of purchase and photos of the issue. I never replied to the email. I was asked to send. I ended up having to call them a total of four times and finally being told the part was back How long it would be before I'd receive it because it was coming from China so it could be weeks, but it also could be months. They also blame the retailer saying it was probably a returned item that should've been sold and told me to take it back to the store. No accountability no follow up rude representatives will never buy anything from aroma again…EVER

I was excited to get this rice maker so I decided to make a small batch of rice with the Aroma profssional to see how well it would do and I am so disappointed because while it was cookng the rice, steem and water came out of the vent causing a big mess. i will be returning this rice maker.

Didn't receive the item Fex said that they delivered the item but they delivered to the house. When I called Walmart they said that I couldn't get my money till Friday August 29 because that Fex had 48 hours to pick up the item and deliver to my house. I had called a half hour after I got the text that it had been delivered so I had noticed right away that it was not here. I still don't have the item.
