Assurance Men's Guards, Maximum Absorbency, One Size Fits All, 104 Count

When my husband first became incontinent after surgery and into Dementia, I used disposable pullup briefs alone, but realized he needed more protection. I bought these guards and they simply adhered inside his briefs. I was pleased at how effective they were. Now that he has become totally bedbound, I have continued to use the guards in his diaper style briefs and am shocked that they are even more effective now than before. They are easy to use, effective and I'm happy with how many come in a package!

I was really excited to show my elderly grandfather to use this. He's very grateful he's been using this and he has not had any laundry issues. It looks very discreet. It doesn't make any crinkling. Sounds when you wear it so he's not embarrassed to wear that in public. It doesn't cost any irritation or discomfort.

These are great men's guards- they are very discreet and comfortable. I could hardly tell I was wearing them. They fit very well in my underwear and the adhesive kept them in place all day. They were incredibly absorbent and I felt no dampness and I didn't have any noticeable odor which was great.

I feel like you absorbency, and the overall Rivette of this product is an amazing feel. I think that the continued fit and good guidance of the product is gonna lead to better sizing and overall good fit in the chance of getting re-wet as little to none.

Have bought these for awhile. Preferred to womens pads, as they had side and front edge guards to contain leaks. Just got a new package and they've been "redesigned". Now just plain pads, that leak on the sides! Won't be buying again. Wonder why manufacturers change what's working.

If you just have small leaks this is fine. But it does not hold near as much as Depends Guards, they are thin and tear easily. This should not be advertised as maximum absorbency.

I received a product that have been previously opened and resealed with tape. The quality is also noticeably different and thinner than what I normally receive. I’m concerned about tampering and product safety being this is persons hygiene product and need investigated why this happened and replaced.

I thought I’d give these guards a try and was sorry I did. They’d probably work if you have very, very mild incontinence, any more and you’ll be changing these thin pads every couple hours. The Amazon Basic guards are so much more absorbent for the same price, or possibly a few cents less. Every time I used these Assurance guards I constantly worried about leaking. The Amazon Basic guards also have stronger adhesive so they stay in place much better. I learned my lesson, and I’ve also learned to not believe many of these reviews, going back to what works best for me.

not sure why the change, but definitely will not buy these again until you change them back. terrible packaging- glue rips the pad; no pocket- now it is a hit or miss, You messed up a good product. Just read the other reviews and you'll see how many people are disappointed by the new pads. Y'all conveniently just post the good reviews from the previous product that worked well. Hopefully these reviews will get to the right person and bring back the former.

This product used to do just what they advertised; however, in the past year they have changed the product. It no longer holds urine like it used to and disintegrates from sweat, not just urine. The fit seems bulkier but does not hold liquid as well as it once did. The product number is 6075Z151337. I have always bought this product over the more expensive brands because it was less expensive and did an excellent job of protecting from leakage and was comfortable, but no more. I will have to find another brand for my husband.
