Assurance Unisex Stretch Briefs with Tabs, S/M, 68 Count

You always come thru for me. This product was urgently needed. No other concern could do what you did! You delivered it within hours!! I was shocked that the delivery occurred as promised within 8 hrs. I have no words that can express my gratitude adequately. Keep up the good work. I am a customer forever.

I have started using these for my father now that the pull up style disposable underwear are not absorbent enough. The design of these are similar enough to the pull up style that dad doesn't feel like he's wearing a diaper. There isn't a bulkiness with these briefs and they are very absorbent so there's minimal overnight leaks. The side tabs make removal and putting on easy.

just a bit larger for t h e fit so if you get XL, the L will fit good. to me good value for the price. i think all of any brand isn't good with the elastic around the thigh area and couldyou make the pad in the back end a bit softer . thanks my thing is price and comfort

There is definitely a learning curve to these! But once you figure out the blue stripes in back are the parts that go around to fasten them on it's a bit better. We can't find any at all brands wise or fit wise that we're totally satisfied with. They all leak sometimes but at least these are half the price of any we can get.

These adult diapers have great waistband and Velcro straps, the only problem I have with them is when patient moves side to side turns the front tends to slide to the side a little bit and does not stay very well on the waist from sliding toward the center with movement

Need to offer small size only. S/M was too large for patient so briefs constantly leaked. Had to add a guard pad or two around groin area to help avoid leakage and we still dealt with leakage. The large tabs are great but the material around the waist was way too long and no way to adjust. very frustrating. Would have ordered smaller size but not offered.

Not very bulky and they are more comfortable than other brands Ive tried. I do think the range in size is too big. The tabs stretch too far. They do absorb alot, but definitely not good enough for overnight use. I woke up this morning in a puddle bc they leaked. I think they are great for day time usage though.

Wanted an easy on/off option vs. pull-ups style. If you're active and independent, this is not the option. Harder to put on yourself, bulky and fit is terrible. HOWEVER This should be better for immobile individuals who have caretakers assistance. Absorbency is good, price is very reasonable.

There has been a significant decline in the quality control of these diapers. I have had circumstances of having the diapers on one level sliced through the straps, so unable to use them. The connection between pieces on the strap, from time to time, aren't very well put together and just snap off, rendering the diaper unusable, meaning significant waste of at least 2-3 and sometimes up to 5 diapers in each package that is rendered unusable for this reason. This has been a change since about two years ago.

hard to put on bedridden adult man. Since he moves around in bed a lot they practically came off. Not sure about absorbance since he never had them on long enough to find out. He was worried they would leak everywhere. I think the sides are just to thin like paper. For someone else they might be great but not for him. He prefers the Assurance brand overnight bladder control underwear. Maybe because that is what we started with?
