Assurance Women's Incontinence and Postpartum Underwear, XXL, Maximum Absorbency, 54 Count

I've only tried a couple of name brands of women's adult disposable underwear, and this Walmart brand called Assurance works and fits the best. The only thing I least like about all the brands I've tried, including this one, is that the pad is so thin that I have to wear another Ultimate Absorbancy pad with it for it to have any benefit for even a short time.

They're amazing wether it's an incontinent moment or a heavy flow they add extra protection to my clothes no more leaking in my underwear during a heavy flow !! Best decision I made. Fit is immaculate! I wear a 4xl in most items and these 2xls have extra stretch to fit even someone who would wear a 6x

My body is not symmetrical and is oddly shaped so as good as this product is, it can't fit perfectly. But it's the best I'll find, so I have zero complaints. But I'm also old, significantly disabled and on a single source of income that hovers right around the poverty level. I would love if this entire type of product was made more affordable.

these are better and less expensive than the brand I was using. the sizing is different than the brand I was using so it is important to check the size chart. My only complaint is that they come in a clearly labeled box that I would just prefer everyone not see.

My new favorite adult underwear. So far I have no complaints of this product. It comes highly recommended by me......these underwear are sized perfectly for a larger person. There is more fabric in all the right places. I do have to use the liners with this underwear overnight but this combo does the job.

I have a daughter that is severely autistic, and if I do not wake her up every night to go to the restroom she will pee through the underwear and be wet in the morning. She is also a heavy sleeper and wetter. For someone that is not a heavy wetter I would recommend them, but if you are a heavy wetter then I would not buy them. The quality and comfort is good, but absorbency is questionable.

They are comfortable and do a decent job. Problem: because they are a large size the company ASSUMES the women wanting them are big ALL OVER. The leg openings are TOO LOOSE! Result is I have to wear one XL and one XXL over the XL. NOT cost efficient and I hate using 2 !! Make the leg holes tighter and they would be PERFECT!

These do not protect against leaks, much less anything else. Imagine leaving puddles everywhere, even if you're wearing pants, and having to change a few times a day. Also, every pair fits differently. I only keep buying them because they're the most affordable by far, and they at least help, but they do not fully protect.

I DO NOT understand the difficulty I have whenever I have to order THIS particular item. I am disabled with mobility issues and a not so reliable power wheelchair; therefore I order this via shipping. I also DO NOT understand why my privacy IS NOT being respected!!! These come in a BRIGHT pink box and whenever it's delivered, it gets dropped off at the front desk for ALL the world to see!!! Whenever they get my order, I order SHIPPING and NOT delivery—that way this bright pink box of embarrassment is INSIDE a much bigger shipping container!!!
