The (Assurance Women's Incontinence and Postpartum Underwear, XXL, Maximum Absorbency)kept moisture away from my sensitive skin and they were super soft. They held the fluid without leaking. the elastic doesn't cut into your skin. . to top it off the price on wot]H-@as only 9.98$ for 19 count bag. was a steal.

I've only tried a couple of name brands of women's adult disposable underwear, and this Walmart brand called Assurance works and fits the best. The only thing I least like about all the brands I've tried, including this one, is that the pad is so thin that I have to wear another Ultimate Absorbancy pad with it for it to have any benefit for even a short time.

I just had right (dominant) arm/shoulder surgery so I bought the 2 xl size to make it easier to apply. I feel like it does not absorb as well as the correct size incontinent brief does. So getting the right size is the best idea. I had underlying stress incontinence so I wear these 24/7 and I feel like nobody can tell that i am wearing these.

I had an injury that left me immobile for quite awhile and this brand of disposable underwear worked very well for me. I wore them just in case I couldn't make it to the bathroom in time. They helped me many times. Also, they are very roomy. I gained weight with my injuries and these fit over my large midsection with room to spare. They are very stretchy and comfortable. I did put a pad inside for extra absorbency. Great for plus size women needing this type of product.

Comfortable, really absorbent. This is a great product the quality of these briefs are very, very good. I was so surprised to find these at such an affordable price, ($9.44). This is a great deal. You will get 19 count them 19 briefs. That is such an inexpensive price point for these. They hold a great volume of moisture; without any leakage. This is a product I give 10 out of 10 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. I truly recommend these.

I order this product from my United Healthcare app all the time. When I ordered it recently through the app it was out of stock so I ordered XL which kept splitting on one side. Since I needed it right away I ordered through Walmart instead of the United Healthcare app to get it today.

They are comfortable and do a decent job. Problem: because they are a large size the company ASSUMES the women wanting them are big ALL OVER. The leg openings are TOO LOOSE! Result is I have to wear one XL and one XXL over the XL. NOT cost efficient and I hate using 2 !! Make the leg holes tighter and they would be PERFECT!

I originally ordered these because of the price. The fit is great and very comfortable. My only issue is that the absorbency is way below par. Anything more than a few dribbles and it doesn't absorb it at all. I even took a new one and slowly poured water onto the crotch. It took 6 seconds for the 'pad' to begin absorbing the water. It actually rolled off as if there was/is some kind of coating on the material. At least 8 out of 10 times I do not make it to the bathroom without having urine running down my leg. I have to use a new pull-up every time I stand up, which means I am using 6 to 8 pull-ups a day instead of the 3 or 4 with other (more expensive) products. I have started adding panty liners to the pull-up to catch the overflow. It is working okay and it is still a bit less expensive than the more expensive 'brand; names. Overall, I would still recommend this product.

These do not protect against leaks, much less anything else. Imagine leaving puddles everywhere, even if you're wearing pants, and having to change a few times a day. Also, every pair fits differently. I only keep buying them because they're the most affordable by far, and they at least help, but they do not fully protect.

I DO NOT understand the difficulty I have whenever I have to order THIS particular item. I am disabled with mobility issues and a not so reliable power wheelchair; therefore I order this via shipping. I also DO NOT understand why my privacy IS NOT being respected!!! These come in a BRIGHT pink box and whenever it's delivered, it gets dropped off at the front desk for ALL the world to see!!! Whenever they get my order, I order SHIPPING and NOT delivery—that way this bright pink box of embarrassment is INSIDE a much bigger shipping container!!!
