Assurance Women's Incontinence & Postpartum Underwear, Maximum Absorbency, S/M, 72 Count

The absorbency is tremendous. Anyone with Incontinence is already worrying about the leaks being unusually high at any given moment. And I have tried several different brands in the last several years and none of the ones I have tried can hold a candle to the ASSURANCE Brand, the sizing is great, legs tight enough to hold Urine at bay. I do wear then day (while running around) and Nights with no worries and that helps tremendously for my ANXIETY.

After surgery, a friend strongly suggested using these adult Pampers. I am 150 lbs and S/M fit perfectly - snug in all the right places and not hot. Unfortunately, I had to make full use of them at least 4 times in the 1st week (%231 and %232). Everything stayed inside the pamper, No external odor, no leakage. My skin didnt feel wet. Luckily I was at home. and able to refresh myself within a few minutes. My only complaint is that the sides should be easier and rip open for disposal. I highly recommended Assurant disposable underwear for women.

I have used mail order brands, as well as brands from other stores, and these are not only comfortable and very absorbent, they are very reasonably priced. They are soft inside without scratchy seams. They are a little bulky but if they are used only at night, that doesn't matter to me, since they are so absorbent.

This may be TMI but I was rly sick %26 had to get these bc I had diarrhea rly bad %26 every time I stood up there was some coming out. I couldn't keep changing my underwear or have the fear it was gonna go through my underwear AND my clothes! Not only that, but during the first night, it had gone through my underwear, paper towels I put in my underwear %26 a wash cloth, through my sheets, %26 onto my foam mattress topper. It was a mess. I immediately had these delivered by Walmart with some anti diarrhea medication. They are so comfortable, they gave me no wedgies, %26 I had them on with tight biker shorts, %26 no one could tell I was wearing them! I feel like if they can handle diarrhea, they can handle urine, %26 period blood! I'm abt 148lbs %26 got the S/M.

I have tried several brands and to date this is by far the best that I have found. Comfortable, can wear with jeans or leggings easily and discreetly and super absorbent! The best thing is that they stay in place and do not 'ride' up in the back side.

I need to buy pads to line the pull up for added protection and the rest of my clothes and stuff that I'm not wearing right clothing. I am not sure if you can find a better pad but I have used Pose , over nights and they have been pretty comfortable and affordable so if you're interested in that I would love to see you guys and have a look at them ....

This product has excellent absorption and absorbs quickly which you need if at lot comes out at once which is what happens to me. It doesn't pool, it absorbs. There are no leaks. I can wear this under leggings and you can't tell that I have them on which is a nice touch. Thank you.

S-M fit me best and so I wear them daily. They don't bunch or bulk up to show under pants or leggings. Had to get L once when WM was out of the S-M. As soon as stock came in I replinished my S-M and used the L at night. No leakage from either size. I really getting the 72 quantity. Truly a quality product.

I am over 60 and sometimes I need a bathroom quickly but I am not able to get to one. I use these type of underwear when I know that a restroom is not available or when I have to fly due to moments in which you can not get out of your seat. They are super comfortable and keep me from stressing out about having an accident. They do not irritate my skin.

Not necessarily a problem with the product, but I ordered these from out of state for my grandmother. We ordered a size small, received no notice of a substitution or anything, but what they sent was an extra large. Seriously? When we're taking about items in a certain size, your shoppers need to pay attention or at least give warning that they've substituted something so I could cancel it and reorder. So frustrating to have to deal with this from out of state and she's frantic.
