These fit true to size and are very comfortable. The value is much better than the main name brand, and they are equally absorbent. These have been a really great find, and we have been really happy with the quality and the availability. They are not always in the store, but they ship quickly and arrive on time.

these work really well but the key to them working is getting the right size. i wear a 12 in most pants so i got the med the lg said 12-14 but that would have been loose and not as absorbable. they do hold the moisture from your skin but dont expect them to be extremely absorbable. but for narmal leaks they are good

I tend to have some urine leakage, and urgency, and occasionally my bladder just lets loose with what seems to be a huge amount all at once. These are excellent in catching the urine and absorbing it into some sort of gel stuff under the cottony part. I don't have to sit in urine, or end up with urine all over my skin. I wish they had had these way back when I was having heavy periods. Thanks to menopause, I no longer have monthly bleeding, but I do have daily constant peeing! I believe these would be good for periods.

We have tried several other overnights trying to find the correct fit and absorbency. These fit my Mom correctly and firmly without any sagging in between. She hasn't had one night of leakage since using these. Fantastic product. Would 100% recommend.

I've used several different brands of women's overnight incontinence underwear and they are all the same. They advertise not to leak and to hold a "full" bladder dump. They all advertise things called "wings" wich are to prevent leaking. I wish that were true! If someone knows of a product that really does not leak, please let me know. I'm tired of changing bed linens a couple of times a night and taking showers as many times also.

Very thick. Great absorbency. No spillage. Great protection. Great fit... Great support from side to side. Full cut. True to size. Far exceeds the name brand. Best value all around. Wish I knew about these sooner . Wasted money on the name brand that has been significantly reduced in quality. Won't be dissatisfied with Assurance.

This product Assurance Overnight Underwear is comparable to the best name brand Tena, in padding %26 absorbency. . The price is attractive at approx $6 less than Tena for the same size package. . . However, the bargain price comes with a flaw - - they are cut very high on the sides, so that they Do Not cover the behind well enough at all ! . . . I personally have a smallish flat rear, still with the coverage not enough - so that the problem is only magnified for a lady with a more ample behind. . . Not Good. If you don't mind that, a good product for less money.

Apparently, my bladder has the capacity of Lake Superior. Bought these in my size, had leaks. Bought them one size up, had different leaks. Bought the expensive ones in my size, had the same leaks as Assurance in my size. So I came back to Assurance, and I'm very relieved I did. They really are the best you can get for the least amount of money.

I get so frustrated number one because this is a product I must use, number two because each time I am ready to purchase, there aren't any in stock. I have to decide, do I go store to store or try to find something else of equal quality?, number three, why are they so bulky, and number four why did you quit labeling them as “overnight” and number why is there such a big difference in each stores price?

The size is too large, but it's the smallest it comes in. My disappointment isn't the underwear but the delivery. The package was in a very thin plastic bag that you could see right through! Where I live packages are left by the apartment door, and everyone who passes by can see what it is! In my opinion this is very personal and should be shipped in something you can't see through!
