I did not make this purchase no my toddler did by accident and I tried to cancel it hours and hours before the delivery and it's literally one item and they would not cancel it or acknowledge the fact that I wanted to cancel it even when I put that it was an accident on the state we bought which is very unprofessional to me
I ordered this online through walmart website and i got the defective headset. Aux jack doesn't fit into headset, its loose and causing audio delays and sometimes no audio when you move your head.
came with loose mic , sound quality on one side is unbalanced, came poorly packaged no insert.
Save your time and money. Like others said the flip to mute feature leaves the microphone floppy after a couple of days. Every time you flip it up it will fall back down. Not the quality you'd expect from Astro.
great headset but if it's being shipped by OSTO Inventory do not buy!!! they sent me a used headset! box was damaged, inside card was bent, inside paper was torn up and the audio was only coming out of the right ear! i bought a new one from a physical location at it was perfectly fine, DONT TRUST OSTO Inventory
I ordered these for my son to use on his PS5. less than a week after he had them the microphone arm dislocated out of its socket and just hung there and I am in the process of waiting for a replacement pair to be delivered. I'm hoping this was just a manufacturer problem on that particular pair and not a problem with the actual headset overall. I guess I will see when he gets his replacement pair. he is very respectful of all of his PS5 accessories and is not hard on them at all considering the last pair of Astro headset that I bought him was over 5 years ago.
I bought this headset and it lasted a week! The mic became loose and was trying to fall off and was attached by the wires, and it echoed even before that the first day I got it it was echoing really bad that I had to use my broken headset to talk to my friends.
Not bad mic quality fantastic audio and making all sounds around me quiet and the mic doesn't even pick it up and it's fantastic for starting streamers
I just bought these Headphones and they were delivered on July 25th and now the microphone on the Headphones won't stay up it keeps falling down that's the only problem with the Headphones
Purchased this as an inexpensive replacement for a broken headset. The sound and build quality is good for its price. I wish the adjustment bands could extend further, but it fits well enough for my size.
