Awesome headset. The sound is amazing and they are comfortable to wear for long periods of time. Only issue I have with them is the mic. It makes a popping sounds when it's moved.

Quality isn't best for price
not as good of sound quality as they're other products and my mic doesn't work properly all the time

The sound disconnects randomly and doesn't reset unless I restart the computer. Astro command center doesn't work and doesn't load or recognize the headset

I bought this so I could have a quality gaming headset that works on a PC. It turns out that instead of cooperating as a generic audio class device, the firmware is locked down to a proprietary device type so it's a boat anchor for anyone using Linux. I spent a day trying to engineer a solution and decided it was a waste of time. No thanks!!!

Nightmare from walmart
I keep getting either defective or missing parts from this item and it seems whoever did my delivery or managed it, stole the original headphones and the wires with it
