I ordered this before seeing the reviews which are not so great however the laptop I received had a charger... the laptop works and is holding charge.. this is a laptop I would only recommend to those who just need to surf the web or stream movies but for the price its great and it is used so if you want something new, it will probably be a little more but I had no issues.

The laptop I received is used and gray not dark blue as listed. Also, it was never stated to be a used computer. It has many knicks, dings and scratches.

I would give it 0 stars but I can't. The item isn't described as used or refurbished when it clearly is. That's not even the worst part. The charger supplied isn't even remotely compatible with the unit. DO NOT BUY!

It is not the correct brand and they are heavily scratched and used. —— I will be returning for a complete refund.

I do not like that I purchased a laptop from your website that would not turn on will not charge. I tried to contact you and the seller and I still have this laptop that does not work. I will not buy another thing until this is settled. you cannot just mail items that do not work and not do anything about it.

the charger sent with the chomebook didnt fit therefore would not chage and turn on. The solution given was to print off a label and mail it back and then give them like 6 weeks to process the chomebook. ok...in the mean time i have no money back or a working chromebook! Very inconvenient.

I'm feeling very stupid ! If something seems to good to be true - well you can bet that it is... I was horrified when I opened the shipping carton and saw the two, used, dirty Chromebooks. Please forgive my ignorance and allow me to return these items

I ordered two of the computers for my kids and both computers and chargers are clearly used and scratched. One of the cords has exposed wire. The description says that the computers are new. The computers I received are not even refurbished. They are dirty and scratched and both were just shoved into a box with some bubble wrap. There is no original packaging, no instructions...ect.

It's doesn't say it's used or out of box. I typed in new Chromebook this came up. It's used it's dirty and it's gray not blue.. I asked for my money back still no response. Don't do it unless you need a used Chromebook
