The ASUS PRIME B550M-A WiFi II is a really good motherboard for the price. It was easy to install and works perfectly with my Ryzen 5 processor. The built-in WiFi is a big plus and saves you from needing extra adapters. BIOS is user-friendly and has good options like PBO and Resizable BAR for better performance. It runs stable, supports fast RAM, and has enough ports for most setups. Overall, it's a great choice for gaming or a mid-range PC build.

The BIOS was easy to upgrade with the flash option, but also easy to upgrade at startup if that's your preference. The booklet that came with the motherboard was incredibly well thought out. All the directions were easy to follow, diagrams were easy to read, I knew exactly what to plug in where. All that coming from someone who just built their 2nd pc, ever, and the first one I built was 25+ years ago! I would recommend this to anyone who needs a solid motherboard that's not going to blow the budget. You don't need to buy anything outrageous to get a quality pc.

Very good value! Rock solid stability from the best there is. Has everything you need and nothing you don't. WiFi gets a strong signal. Bios is excellent. Controls everything. Note when installing windows WiFi doesn't work until you install drivers. A little annoying but worth the effort as connectivity in the end is rock stabil.bought another after first one. Yes I like it that much! Works great for a gaming pc. Running a 5700x in one and a 5800xt processor in other.one has a Asus 7600 evo video card the other an Asrock 9060xt. Both very stabil.

Easily installed with excellent instructions, hardcopy as well as online. Not the fastest in comparison to newer tech, but very reliable thus far. Solid expandability for crucial additions for future build outs. Would strongly recommend.

this motherboard is awesome!, i just used this to build my new PC, and let me tell you, it works so good, it looks nice, feels nice, and even matches and any color PC case, its RBG supportive and its windows 11 ready!

Didn't need a bios update or anything for my Ryzen 5 5500, Bios is easy to use and Board is robust everything fits nicely in the mATX form factor, love it! Very happy indeed.

A great and pretty durable budget motherboard, great for new builders like me. I wont lie, i heard quite a few unnerving cracks and pops when putting everything together, however everything seems to function fine other than my gpu occasionally showing no signal. (Gpu issue not motherboard) Armory crate can be annoying at times, and all the setup can be fairly confusing for newbies, but i had it, my Gpu and cpu up running to what i believe to be there best capabilities within 2 days of reading the manual and searching online for what i didn't quite understand or the manual didn't cover.

It's a good motherboard, however ASUS needs to look at the wifi driver. Lucky for me someone else was able to research and find the right driver, it's realtek not mediatek!

Hey so when I went to go start up my PC after putting in all the parts properly the battery that was inside the motherboard didn't work after a few attempts then I replaced the battery and it worked also the wifi dongle it comes with doesn't hold signal without it having my PC lag hear and there

WiFi and Bluetooth not working is a known problem. My board showed up with WiFi and Bluetooth inop. Searched for hours on line for fixes; reloaded drivers multiple times; did magic “static reset”; nothing worked. Had to use a WiFi dongle to get internet and begin to troubleshoot. Obviously poor testing at the factory.
