It's a great laptop, very fast and seems very resistant to drops. The only not so great thing I find is the weight but other than that it seems to be a great laptop
It runs everything i throw at it on max but do keep in mind its a laptop so plugging it in will give you the best results and it has an 8gig gpu which wont give you the best visual quality in the distance areas if your game but overall i can run raytraced dying light 2 on max at 75 fps solid ( i have a 75hz monitor so it probably goes faster) it has run maxxed farcry 5 and gta v as well as warzone and dmz call of duty and we will be seeing how black ops 6 runs in a few days 🤙🏾 no regrets here
let me preface this by saying I own 3 other laptops, a desk top, and an Asus ROG Ally Z1 Extreme. That said, this is a great laptop, especially for the money. It runs everything I wanted it to, including the newest titles, flawlessly. It's not too big, nor does it have a tiny useless screen. Easy set up, but between Windows 11 and Asus, it pretty much walks you through that. Drawbacks? It's a gaming laptop, when the Nvidia 4060 kicks in, the fans are LOUD. But I game with headphones, not a problem. Also, to get this price point, it lacks on RAM and SSD (storage), but it is very easy to upgrade and cheaper than buying the laptop with the upgraded parts. Plus it uses an i7 over an i9, but unless you're gaming and streaming... while also running Discord and other app, you'll never notice. The power brick is also pretty huge. Very happy with my purchase.
This is a powerful laptop especially for the money. It effortlessly plays every game ive tried on it. it's extremely responsive and boots up very quickly. I also love the construction. its very durable and stylish. I highly recommend this laptop!
I have really enjoyed this laptop over the past 3 months. if you are sticking with 1920x1080p resolution then it came play most games at max settings with DLSS enabled. While its not the most powerful laptop, it strikes a nice balance between portable and functional. Its not so heavy or big that its a hassle to carry around, and I love it. My last laptop was an Acer Predator 15 with a 7th gen i7 and a 1070. This definitely was a big upgrade, and my only real complaint is the lack of VRAM for some new games. i will probably get a desktop eventually if I higher performance, but this thing is still exceptional and I definitely recommend it for playing most games. Its especially great for older titles as someone who lives 2000s-2010s games.
I got it to mod stardew valley and play hello kitty island adventure. Does both well, battery lasts a while, and it's not too expensive! It's a little slow when I'm using the search engine, but idk if that's just my WiFi or actually the laptop. Good overall, I use it a lot!
It's a powerful machine. but it's not without flaws. I have issues turning it on with just the battery power. I learned i have to plug it in to start it sometimes. sounds is probably three worst of it. i have to use speakers to get quality sound. other than that, it is great for gaming. It runs smooth, I've played a lot of high quality games with the best settings .
its a great deal, but they dont tell you its refurbished and that they have replaced parts. the Western Digital SSD they put in has a known issue with Windows 11 Version 24H2, but because i didnt know that the SSD was a WD SSD, it had trouble until I went back to 23h2.
Again, the computer's warranty had already expired long before my purchase. However, it was easy to return, and I plan to buy another, but this time I'll check the warranty using the serial number before I take the trouble to set it up and install my software applications
It kept freezing up and every time I called the support company they refused to help me even though the laptop was not even 5 days old I hoped for a reliable gaming pc but was left with no support so I returned it to Walmart and now searching for a new gaming laptop I'm a veteran with ptsd and gaming has helped take my mind off the problems from military service
