onn Full HD Streaming Device, Google TV - Fast Streaming, 8GB Storage, 1.5GB RAM, Remote with Voice Control

I have purchased about a dozen of these. I did get 1 that froze on what country but was able to return. You need a Gmail address to activate. The set up is a bit slow but luckily only have to do it once. After being a fire stick user for almost 2 decades I can say I like my onn stick better. Being disabled I watch a lot of TV so my onn stick gets used almost all day everyday and so far so good.

I bought 2 of these units to replace Amazon Firesticks which had become slow and would freeze up and then restart. The ONN unit has more flexibility than the older Amazon Firestick. I would recommend these to cord cutters and also to anyone who would like smart TV features added to older HDMI TVs.

I stream a lot! I’ve also had multiple generations of the Amazon fire TVs, but Amazon has decided to interfere with paid apps, such as my VPN, which I now have to sideload every single update so I looked for alternatives. This version of ONN is not as good as the fire TV. It was very easy to set up an intuitive, but the actual quality of the picture is not as good. On the other hand, if you haven’t done anything complicated on your streaming device, you don’t use a VPN you don’t use a lot of apps and you just kinda want a single source of all your paid services. It’s just fine. I would probably upgrade for better quality, even as a starter particularly if it’s a primary TV This was just for TV in my extra bedroom that I only watch when I’m on my stationary bike. I did try moving it to other TVs and the picture quality issue was still inferior to the fire TV so that’s consistent. That’s why I recommend just upgrade if you can afford it. The good news is it was super affordable, so my rating is relative to the cost

Would Search for over 20 min for my Earbuds which showed up in the drop box every time, but it just kept saying, "Searching for Accessories" and the remote would not let me highlight my earbuds either, in fact, the remote would not move at all, and...I also could not connect to my input settings either.

AVOID THIS PRODUCT AT ALL COSTS. THIS STICK DOES NOT CONNECT TO THE INTERNET. I have about 20 devices connected to my home internet network. I have never had this much issues connecting to the internet. This is a useless product. ROKU/FIRESTICK/XFINITY/SMART TVs, have taken 5-10 minutes max. After 2 hours of trying to connect this, I gave up. Just need to return it or throw it in the trash if they give me ISH at Walmart.

Unable to connect to Wi-Fi with this device. It seemed like it was going to be an easy process in the beginning, but it would not connect to any of my Wi-Fi networks. I started and restarted my Wi-Fi multiple times and all my other devices connected to it except for this one. I contacted Support in the Google Home app like they said and they told me that I needed to contact the ONN Support. I contacted Owen and Support and they told me that it was the wrong department so I have a device that is useless because nobody is getting back to me and they don’t provide contact information anywhere in the box with Huda contact. This is so annoying.

I’ve had to return one movie stick due to an ‘ Error’ message. I only had it maybe a week. I’m now having a different ‘Error’ message on the second stick purchased now only 30 days in with both. I would not recommend these products. They are cheap for a reason. You get what you pay.

I would not recommend this device to anyone I've had problems with onn 1080 streaming device since I have purchased it I've factory reset it 3times no improvement it freezes and stops working. nothing helps I quit using it. good luck if you purchase one.

It was okay while it lasted although very slow. 2 weeks after I bought it, it stopped working and would not turn on. The light comes on but nothing shows up on the TV (other devices on the same HDMI port work just fine). Since it was within return period, I tried returning it to the local Walmart store. It turns out they need the box as well. Come on, Walmart - do you expect me to keep the box for every single item I purchase? On top of that, the customer service folks at the store were so rude! Advice to others, save your money and buy something more reliable if a little bit more expensive.

This device was 1 of 3 purchased in November, one stop working although the manufacturer's warranty was one year. Unable to communicate with Onn customer service. Walmart only warranty electronics for thirty days. when one Onn device stop working three month's later. They streaming apps have been unavailable till just recently.
