Good starter weight belt
This belt is a good starter one for not so heavy lifting or chores around the house. It's basic and easy to put on other than that, the price was just right.

Weight lifting belt
I am someone with re-occuring lower back problems and I am really cautious of picking up heavier items. The Weight Lifting Belt L/XL Black Durable Nylon Back Support is just what I needed to help relieve some of the lower back pain associated with everyday life. This nylon belt has a firm, steel buckle and velcro to make adjusting this belt very easy, with padding added in just the right places for more comfort. This belt also helps out my lower back pain associated with wearing a prosthetic leg. Hand washable, I wear this comfortable belt almost every day in my busy life. This belt also can be used in the gym to aid your back while weight lifting.
