Athletic Works Weight Lifting Flat Bench

Weight is weight and the price on a set of these delivered was under $1 a lb. They are great extra plates to have in your collection.

The quality seems good and the affordable price is the biggest reason why I bought this one instead of the others that were twice as much. I put it together by myself with no problems. Both my husband and I are able to lay on it on our backs with our knees bent and our feet on the end with no problem. The cover isn't the best quality, but hopefully it'll last a while. Didn't want to spend a lot on it because I was afraid my cats will claw it anyways.

This is an excellent workout bench. Super quick and easy to assemble. My husband and I like to use for bench dips, dumbell exercises, and stability during leg exercises. I am petite so I could do crunches and sit ups on the bench which I sort of like. My husband is much taller than me with a average build and I think it may not be as comfortable for crunches/sit ups for him. I don't think this bench is practical for barbell press type exercises. I like that it is compact and I can use it for our small indoor workout area at home. It is very sturdy, well made, and light weight to easily move. I wish it folded down, but it is a great bench to suit our needs. This bench is more sturdy than our adjustable incline bench, which wobbles a little. I would recommend!

I enjoy my flat bench because it doesn't take too much space in the bedroom and living room. It's really light to lift and carry. And it's really easy to assemble. Besides using it to do my dumbbell presses. I also enjoy using it to do my different types of stomach crunches. Especially “reverse” stomach crunches, which are my favorite. I highly recommend this weight bench.

My husband is working in another state right now and was missing his workout equipment at home! He did take his Bowflex adjustable dumbbells with him but was lost without his weight bench. There's a local Walmart near to where he's working now so I went online and found this workout bench which was perfect for what he was using it for! I know the marble top coffee table is grateful for the purchase! The workout bench was an amazing price, easy to put together, really light to move and the perfect missing piece to my husband's workout routine! It says it holds up to 500lbs (individual and weights combined). So far so good! Would recommend to a family member, friend and colleague!

Athletic Works Flat Weight Bench is a perfect addition for your work out. It is very well made and comes with an instruction book on how to assemble your bench. It is pretty quick and easy assembly and looks great once put together. It's great to use for your workout. You won't be disappointed with the Athletic Works flat training bench.

We got this for our Grandson as a Christmas present, we are positive he is going to get a lot of use with it. He has started working out and has grown 5 inches taller.. We want him to stay healthy for a long life and can't wait to see his expression when he opens it.

This bench works perfect for me. All I'm doing is step UPS and dips and regular chest workouts. The only thing I don't feel comfortable on is if I try to do abs over the side it doesn't have that much weight on the bottom. Joe does feel a little scary

This sturdy bench has a soft foam seat covered in black vinyl on very sturdy steel legs. The legs have large plastic scuff protection for the floor. Mine was not assembled, but putting it together was very simple and took about ten minutes. The manufacturer provided an Allen head hex tool and I used my own Phillips head screwdriver. The nuts and bolts were easy to separate and identify and the assembly instructions were easy to read and understand. So simple that anyone could put this together. Once all the nuts were tight the bench was very solid and sturdy. I think that it will last a long time. I recommend this bench highly!

This athletic bench is sturdy. Assembly is required but it doesn't take very long to put together. The bench has a padded cushion which makes it comfortable to get more exercises done. I have trouble getting on the floor and this bench makes it easier for me to target different muscles groups and get more exercises in.
