AT&T Apple iPhone SE (2nd Generation - 2020), 64GB, Black - Prepaid Smartphone [Locked to AT&T]

An awesome phone, takes beautiful pictures! Highly recommend. The only glitch, we ordered 2 online but could not activate them so we had to drive to an ATT store (none in our town) for help. It showed that the phones had not been purchased. Once we produced the receipt and emailed it to a link they were able to help us activate them.

Phone arrived in perfect condition. I was just transferring a SIM card from my current att contract plan and almost everything went smoothly. I did have to go to att for a new SIM card to be made. Its a Security measure in case your phone is ever stolen. But it was a 10 minute fix and the phone works great!

Great phone, real price. Some of the updates combine what I like about Android & Apple into a single package (e.g. native swipe to type)

OMGosh, I finally have an iPhone after being an Android guy and I'm so glad to finally have made the switch! Price,productivity and fast are just a few of the reasons why I'm pleased with this phone. Highly recommend!!!

I bought this phone for my 17 yr old Daughter as an upgrade to her 6 . I looked around on eBay for a couple weeks and I was in sticker shock. The prices are unreal. So long story short, found these on Walmart.com and seemed like a great deal. Btw these phones will work on the Cricket network, No need to pay more. The only reason I didn't leave five stars Is that the 2 day shipping turned into 8-10 days. I guess that is to be expected with“Black Friday” and all. The phone is Great just like my iPhone 8 but more Powerful. All that being said I am happy With my purchase.

Phone is great just what you would expect. The $50 credit is a straight up lie though. Received no info on how to use it etc. not worth my time to look into it further. Minus 2 stars for business practices I don't like but have come to expect from every large company.

The phone was not listed as sold! Therefore it was locked and could not be correctly activated by ATT. I spent many hours on my other cell phone with Walmart and at the local store trying to have it unlocked. Eventually returned the phone and bought a replacement direct from ATT

I received an Apple Iphone SE 2020 / 64GB / locked to ATT from Walmart online that was not Preactivated (Registered). I followed the simple activation instructions (ie : Install e-Sim card from the older phone) and completed all prompts. All I got was message " Activation not completed, contact the seller. " The next day I went to the local Walmart Store. I waited approximately 20 minutes for the Tech to return from lunch break. The tech informed me that she could not service phones that were bought online and sent me to Customer Service. I got the same response " We can't help .... you need to contact the online Customer Service. After contacting them I was told that the only choices were to return for replacement or refund. I chose to return for refund. The next day I transferred my e-Sim back to my original phone. I attempted make a call and received message, "Your call can not be completed, please contact customer service." Dailed 611. Message: " Your phone activation has failed, your account is frozen, contact your seller to complete activation." Contacted customer service by landline and had my account reinstated. I am very disipointed with Walmart's service. I will have to purchase a new phone elseware.
