Minus the google links on the main screen, this is a good quality phone. Perfect for detoxing technology. Perfect for those wanting only a few basic perks like weather and email. Of all the flip phones I've owned, this has the best hinge system. The negatives seem to be in the software. Not much customization capabilities. Does have a flashlight icon within the drop down menu, but no dedicated short cut. Zero shortcuts.
This is a great phone for easy use and low cost as what it is meant for. For $29 you can’t beat the price for function and basic. If you want to make calls and text you can’t go wrong.
Excellent telephone for travelers and places you just need to have a communication. Has WhatsApp and little bit tricky to activate but that’s ok. Buy it only at a Walmart store, do not buy online this phone.
This phone works well and is fairly versatile for a flip-style phone. It is also a good value, but realize it is not waterproof nor of especially rugged construction. It was designed to be replaced, not repaired., but at the price who cares. It uses a replaceable battery, but replacement batteries for this phone are non-existent as far as I can tell. If you want a spare battery you will need to buy a whole new phone just for its battery. For that reason, you should not buy this phone in "used" or "preowned" condition since any battery included will likely not be fresh and therefore partially used-up. Other than the battery issue, I am very happy with my ATT Flex phone, especially for its performance and features relative to the price.
Too much of a "big brother" feel, which is what i am trying to avoid when buying a flip phone. The SIM card tray is poorly designed an easy to break, and makes it hard to put the sim card in. Otherwise, its a good phone
Bought this device for my elderly father. Set up and paid for service the account. The device was suspended because the imei wasn't previously checked out. So now the device is an hour away and i'm out 80 dollars that includes service shipping and the device, and customer service is useless.
Had it for a week and it died! Boom. No resurrection available for this little hunk of junk. :(
Does not hold a charge for very long!
Bought this phone for my mother-in-law online because local Walmart was out. When I finally received it, I activated it and it worked for a day. After that, since it stopped working I called AT
horrible - I activated the phone, bought minutes- then a day later the phone was deactivated - just as I was leaving on a trip I needed it for told it was a tech error - I was outta luck and good luck getting a refund for the minutes from att for the now non existent phone number they cancelled
