When I first opened the box I began to doubt my ability to install the telephone by myself. However, when I began to take everything out of the box and decide where each extension would fit it all came together. Within 30 minutes, the telephone was working. It is perfect.

My mother had a cordless home phone that was over 20 years old. It served its purpose for a very long time. On numerous occasions it would drop important calls and it was time to replace it. My mother is extremely happy with her new home phone, and the quality of the features and display are easy for her to read.

Lightning hit our home and knocked out our phone system. Most people don't even have a landline, but we need one for an elderly couple who have sketchy self service and if they need emergency services, they need to be able to get a hold of someone. Replacing the same model that was about 10 years old and starting to not hold charges as long even with new batteries. Still love my landline and people may joke about that BUT where do they come running when their batteries die or their phone breaks or they keep getting lost calls... No broken calls, everything is clear, no bad reception or lost calls. I have my cell but at home I prefer talking on this. I can walk outside and still be on it.

Overall 4/5 stars. nothing wrong with the phone or the functions. Instructions are clear, pretty simple to setup after a bit of reading. there's even an Intercom feature among the handsets, which is a delightful bonus. My only complaint is the speaker phone function is a bit quiet for the cost of this unit, and no speaker phone or dial tone function at the base station.

Purchased for my elderly mother, as her cell phone is becoming too confusing to use. Easy to install. Good sound quality. Seemed to take an extended amount of time for batteries to charge. Adding contacts was very time consuming and finding contacts, once added, was not so simple for my Mother. This phone was just as difficult, if not more difficult, than her cell. Returned, due to using this phone was not as simple as I had expected. I was looking for simple, easy use, for 94 year old.

i bought this to replace one that was 10 yrs old. it charged okay but every few days it would lose power at base or couldn't connect. we'd reset and it worked for day or two. tried moving our computer router, no help. finally bought a new one and it's better. now I'm stuck with the bad one out of warranty

Lacks feature which announces who is calling before you answer the phone. Previous model offered this feature which was handy, especially when working in the kitchen or shop. It is annoying to hear phone ring, clean your hands to answer the phone and hear another telemarketer.

We can not make calls on this phone among other problems. Can not contact AT%26T for help. Been on phone for over four hours trying to get help at three different numbers. Finally told to call first number. What happened to Maw Bell? We need her ASAP.

These phones are junk. They arrived here, hooked up to OUR LANDLINE AND WORKED FOR TWO WEEKS! I called in my ATT CARRIER!! Said that they were not working properly!! So I'm out money for phones , money for landline I can't use, money for the CARRIER MAN ,just to say they don't WORK !! IM TRULY SAD!!
