AT&T Propel 2 5G, 64GB, Odyssey Gray - Prepaid Smartphone

well I'm not very user friendly when it comes to new tech by it has been fun and interesting learning how to use all this phones features. it's also very easy and explaines it's functions to me so I'm loving this new phone

i bought this phone as a back up and ive been having issues with it every since i bought it. the touch screen doesnt always response. i would have to double tap just for it to respond. the phone system is always closing out including the apps. and not to mention the phone would freeze up, shut off then restart.

I loved the phone, one morning I got up and the phone wouldn't come on, keep saying it is dem-verity corruption. you can't shut it off. Yes I held the button in , nothing. Then all these lines come up , then all these lines came up, with IME number, model number, and serial number. still couldn't fix it. wouldn't shut off had to let the battery die. I threw the box away so I couldn't find where to send it to

Based on the specs, I thought I was getting a good deal with this phone, but I was wrong. Despite being clearly listed as having 8GB of memory as of the time of this review (I've included screenshots of the current store page for reference), this device actually only has 4GB of RAM. Blatant false advertising for one of the most important specifications for a device in this price class. Walmart forgot to scan both barcodes so I received this via mail along with my $90 activation card. I set up an activate my AT%26T account and they activate the phone. I'm able to make one call before the phone is lock down and unactivated. Walmart forgot to scan the barcodes at the warehouse so AT%26T still has the phone registered as unsold. Our local Walmart will not do anything in regards to online orders. So I'm going to have to send my set up phone back for an exchange at this point as I don't know how else they can help me. Absolute nightmare I've wasted my entire phone card.

the review is bad because as a customer that doesn't have ways to travel back and forth till we want a Walmart y'all want to make sure that y'all are able to have it where the customer can take the SIM card out and automatically transfer down the SIM card and to make sure that the proof of purchase is able to connect to the phones but y'all don't y'all make it seem that somebody stole the phone especially if they still have the receipt able to sit there and show proof of purchase instead of having to get up and come out to the store especially if they have anxiety of being around people so this overall experience gets a total zero

I can not activate phone. My account is suspended without A%26TT notifying me. I am being accused of stealing this phone. I am a senior citizen that lives alone and can not make any type of call.

I Received This Order It Was Not Scanned before shipping i was unable to activate the phone have to return it to a Walmart store for my refund and had to ordered a different device to get my phone here on time. Do Not Order This Phone!
