We've had this about a month now and I must say I have been pleasantly surprised and impressed. Had a Shark, it broke... had a high dollar Electrolux, it broke (no parts availabilty) so far this has super suction and performs excellent, very easy dumping and not NEAR as messy as the Electrolux or Shark, plus a lot more dirt capacity. I always thought Hoover was a low end and trailer park quality vacuum but this really impressed me. A+A+A+

This vacuum was incredable! It was able to manuver from carpet to floor with ease. I have 3 dogs and the vacuum was able to capture all the pet hair. It was easy to use the attachements to vacuum the stairs. Would highly recommend this vacuum to all.

Awesom Vac! All the bells and whistles! All hail to HOOVER king of vacuums. Assembly was a breeze! (Just tightened 1 screw) suction power is greeeeat! Emptying is a breeze and mite I add very easy on the eyes! ONLY 1 disappointment ... NO RETRACTABLE CORD :( dag'nabbit!

I almost bought a Dyson until I saw this vacuum. These are the things I like about this vacuum, It has good suction, I like that the hose is conected at the bottom instead of at the top (stops it from tipping over) It has a really long hose. I would be careful not to use the hose to pull the vacuum. The cord is extra long, the longest of all the vacuum's, 45', accessories are well placed. I wasn't sure if I would like bagless or not I've always had a bag, It will be nice not to have to buy bags. The Dyson did not have hight ajustment, the Hoover does. I like that you turn a nobb to use hose or floor. The Hoover I bought is for pet hair, has nice accessories. Things I don't like, I haven't found anything yet. If something comes up I will make a review on it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It works remarkably well: good suction, good maneuverability. The articulated dust wand attachment is nearly useless because the head bends back with so little pressure. Useful on the hardwood as well as carpet. The twist lock removal of the dust cup, however, is a gigantic pain. But worth it for the price.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There are some issues with tht vacumm that I am not satified with. First it only comes with onlt a Pivoting Dusting Tool (Brush) , and crevice tool. The dusting tool is useless unless your going to vacuum fan blades or anything up high, this comes in two pieces, the brush clips to the frame of the part that you insert into the vacuum hose, this brush will come apart at times while using it. The cord is 40 feet long which is a nice feature, but it does not automatically rewind. It is a real chore to rewind the cord by hand. I think it would have been better to have a shorter cord, than no auto rewind. This was billed as the best bagless upright, but when you read the fine print, this statement only refers to carpet floors. My entire house has tile floors, I also have no pets. I based my purchase on the statement best bagless upright, and that it apparently has the best suction. I have used it a few times, and I am just not satified with the parts or design. It does have good suction. I cannot turn of the rotary brush when using the hose and atachments. I cannot actually dust pictures, baseboard, door frames, etc because of the useless dusting tool. It also makes a lot of noise. I was offered some dusting tools because of a complant I made to the sellers, but I have not received them yet, in fact, I just received notice that have just been shipped. I don't have pets so can't say if it is good to clean up after pets, it pains me to say, but I would not recommed it based on the features and lack of tools.

This vacuum definitely has suction power. I like the fact that when using the hose/tools, the beater bar stops rotating. DOWNSIDE: there is no brush attachment with the tools, which I had to order separately. Also, the toggle that holds the hose in place has broken (cheap plastic, no doubt) so the hose just dangles unless I tape it with duct tape. I contacted HOOVER about a replacement part and was given a part number and basically a 'good luck with it' message. This is after only 7 months' of use. Why don't companies stand behind their products anymore? Kinda unhappy so this is why I've given only 3 stars...

I have always used Hoover self-propelled cleaners with bags, decided to try the Hoover UH72600 bagless. Every feature was excellent as to the washable filters and the possibility of lasting the life of the warranty before having to purchasing new ones. On low carpet, the setting had to be on 6 instead of 2 as suggested and on higher carpet the setting has to be on 7 and then it is very hard to push. Tried suggestions, did not work any better. On bare floor it is excellent. I am going back to self-propelled Hoover

Deceptive picture of this Tiny vacuum I recieved. It was so small, the Dirt Cup was only holds 3/4 of a cup. Overall, low quality!! Think twice about buying this miniature vacuum

I purchased this product because it was a Hoover. For 30 years I did not have a problem with your product but this purchase is making me rethink my next vacuum. The main hose does not stay attached. It is lighter in weight but feels like cheap plastic. I'm only keeping this purchase cause it would too much of a hassle to send back. I feel Hoover should pay me to keep this product. The cord is too low and too long. Just know my next vaccume will not be a Hoover. So disappointed!
