Great machine if you have pets and need a quick spot cleaner and don't want to haul out a big machine. It quickly cleans up messes and is easy to fill and clean out when done, and has a nice, long cord that can easily be tucked away when not in use. It's compact but still has the power to take up liquids. If it is a set in stain, you will need to pretreat and scrub with a brush before use, because this doesn't have the ability to scrub the carpet

After getting a 600$ estimate from Stanley Steamer to clean my sofa and love seat. I opted to purchase this project instead. I am so amazed at how easily 6 years of nicotine came off my sofa. The suction on this is truly phenomenal. It's so easy to use. The sofa was dry shortly after I started and it looks brand new. I'm so happy with this product. I highly, highly recommended.

Definitely worth it! I bought this to clean marker stains my daughter left on the couch. I originally planned to do just two cushions, but it worked so well that I ended up cleaning the entire sectional 😭 My back was tired afterwards , but it was worth it and pretty satisfying lol.

The machine works but. I would recommend using a spray bottle and brush and just put water in the machine. It left soap residue on the carpet. Which makes sense as you are using a water soap mixture, it would work better just using water to suction up the soap solution and then there would be no residue left. When you flip the container over with the water and soap solution it will drip out getting everything wet. I would connect it over the sink as there is a tiny hole that is needed for air and the solution will drip out in a steady stream until it is seated in the machine. Would of been nice if that was in the instructions as I got everything wet.

Everything seems really good about this product, but...... I should have looked at the tags of my furniture and realized I was unable to use this product on them. :-( VERY important to read the tag on your funiture for codes. Here are the common codes and their meanings: W: Use water-based cleaners; avoid solvents. S: Use solvent-based products; avoid water. WS: Both water-based and solvent-based cleaners are safe. X: Clean only by vacuuming; do not use any cleaning solutions. Always follow the specific instructions on the tag to prevent damage to your furniture. Mine are all S. I returned the product unopened and was refunded my money.

I like this product and was able to snag it while it was on sale. It works well on upholstery and small carpet stains. I do think it leaves too much water in the carpet or item and wish it would suck up or dry it more after I use it. Maybe the suction could be better.

Simple to use and easy to carry around. Only downside that made it a 4-star was the clean water tank has a hole in the airtight spout. When turning it upside down to reattach to the base it will let out a stream of water, presumably to release air for a more tight seal? However, there is no mention of this in the instructions and threw me off when putting the tank back and caused water to go all over the carpet.

Walmart sold me a broken, incomplete and clearly returned Green Machine. Not only did it not work but I misread the return by date so missed it by one day and so am out all of my money. Zero help with customer service both in-store and on the phone. I will never purchase an electronic item from Walmart again without seeing it in person to make sure it's not a returned piece of crap. Very poor experience.

I brought this item on line only to get it home and found out it was used. Upon opening it I saw a yellow mark down sticker on it. I paid $73 for it on line. It was marked down to$43.75. I didn’t even get a chance to use it. And of course it was missing parts.

I received my item today this item was already used packaged back up where you can tell. The vacuum already had moisture in it and hair and gunk. Pretty gross. Please don’t send used items to buyers that expect and buy a brand new item that they don’t want used thank you.
