Good value for the money. I had bought a more expensive shredder and returned it for this one. I like the auto feature and that this one has ridges to facilitate picking it up when emptying it. I also like that it has a guide in the center for shredding cards. It fits nicely under my desk. These little practical features is why I choose this shredder

Good price, good shredder and fast delivery. This shredder replaced an old one of the same model. The old one was probably 7 yrs old or so, shredded millions of pages and only died due to user error when running in reverse to clear a jam. When running in reverse, make sure the bin isn't full and grabbing all the already shredded paper and jamming it up further. Keep it lubed up, clean it out on occasion, don't shred too much at a time and don't do anything stupid and it should last a long time.

I've been like a kid in a candy store. Shredding everything in sight! No problems so far and I literally had a 33 gallon hefty trash bag full after my first use. Word of Advice: put a grocery bag inside the bin, otherwise you'll end up with shredded papers everywhere.

We have been looking for a small paper shredder and this was perfect. The size is just right and fit in our home office. There was little assembly, and it does just what it says it does. It works very well and already recommended it to family and friends.

i just received and used it after i had to order the oil. You would have thought at least 1 oz. of oil could have come with my purchase but No. Its very loud, my neighbor above me asked me what I was doing. And I havent even tried 8 sheets as 3 seems to be all it can handle. If i had to purchase again i would definitely spend some more money and upgrade!

I bought this shredder which works very well, but when it was delivered, the see though screen is cracked. That didn't affect the performance of the shredder but it bothers me. I wish the package handlers were more careful with other people's packages.

Works fine, except for a couple of minor complaints: 1) Paper input is not particularly smooth - you have to get the paper positioned "just right" to activate the automatic power-on feature. 2) Does not have a continuous or manual power-on feature - or at least have a 1-second power-on after using the Reverse clearing feature.

This product was delivered on time in May 2022. Now in Nov 2022, it does not work anymore. I hardly used it and after emptying it a 2nd time it is now malfunctioning. It will not shred anything now. It stays on when you put it on auto (continuously running it's motor non-stop), and it doesn't accept any paper for shredding. It is not clogged-I made sure it is free of shreddings. It wouldn't have been so bad if an extended warranty was offered which it wasn't. Waste of money.

I bought this thinking it would help me de-clutter in the midst of this pandemic. I took my time and made sure not to exceed the max sheets. It jammed the 2nd time I used it and now it won't work period! I'm taking it back. I noticed a bit of damage when I opened the box but it was superficial or so I thought and it seemed to work fine but no. I'm returning it today and don't look forward to getting in line. Walmart use to accept returns with no hassle. I notice this is no longer the case! I don't look forward to dealing with this today!
