This coffee machine looks absolutely gorgeous and comes with everything you need in the box . It looks really smart with a lovely LCD touch screen and the designs top notch. It's very simple to use and the instruction books really clear. The water tanks big and holds enough water for a few days but I change it every morning. The warming plates great to get the cups heated up a little before you make your coffee. I warm them while I shower then make 2 large cups of coffee. The hot milk steam frother gets the milk really hot fast and frothy. 20 bar is excellent for a full-bodied, aromatic espresso with a smooth crema layer and for home use it really does do the job. Easy to clean and wipe down and I recommend a damp cloth to wipe your milk frother spout immediately after using. Saves cleaning later. When not in use it looks absolutely gorgeous. We love it.

The machine arrived in sturdy packaging and was undamaged. I just used this for the first time and my drink is delicious. I made a double shot and foamed some milk. The machine brews quickly and produced a nice, strong drink with foam. I added foamed milk and it was perfect. I've been wanting to try to make coffee drinks at home, and this machine will allow me to do that.

This is a multifunctional coffee maker, which comes with a steamer wand. The coffee maker also have a water jar which holds a good amount of water to make 4 to 6 cups of coffee. The coffee maker does not have a coffee grinding machine within it so you have to put a ground coffee into the espresso spoon. This comes with multiple attachments to stir and level the grounded, coffee beans before setting it to brew. While brewing the coffee, the coffee machine makes noise and get little hot, but it makes a good espresso coffee like other name brands ones.

This coffee maker exceeded my expectations. It heats up quickly and makes delicious espresso with a strong aroma. The frother works well for creamy, smooth foam, and I love how compact yet sturdy the design is. Cleaning is simple thanks to the removable parts. Highly recommend!

For my first espresso machine it exceeds expectations. When I try to put in the portafilter I have to stabilize so suction cups would help maybe. Also it doesn't get quite as hot as I would prefer but that is just me. Otherwise I think it is a great machine.

Make great coffee. However, putting and removing the coffee handles can be difficult for oldest folks like me.

This is my first time using an espresso machine it's hard to follow directions and too many steps!
