Our espresso machine doesnt work properly without a fine ground coffee, so I was really looking for a nice coffee grinder. I was hesistant to buy this, but then when I finally tried using this grinder for the first time I was satisfied and happy. It works fast and grinds coffee beans smoothly. I like how it has different options on how fine you want your coffee grounds to be and has much coffee you wanna grind. Good product!

Love this coffee grinder, as soon as this thing came I opened and put it together grind some fresh coffee, the results were amazing I am in love with this thing

Love the different features of the grinds. Only downside is the ground coffee likes to go everywhere when removing thw lid. You have to tap on it to keep it from flying out.

Great product. Took 1 star away because the grounds get stuck sometimes within the grinder. It's super convenient overall, though, and I would recommend it! We use it for our caffeinated coffee and I'm thinking about buying another one for our decaf.

This coffee grinder works great and is very quiet compared to other grinders I have owned. It is also less messy than others I have owned. The only downside I would say is the hopper is a little small. If y ou grind enough for a 12 cup pot it takes half the beans in the hopper. Other grinders I have had in the past held 3-4 times as much coffee beans. Pretty minor though but really the only downside I have been able to see.

This grinder is quick and easy to work with. It is small enough that I can have it on my counter and it doesnt take up much room. I put coffee beans in and press the start button and let it do its thing. The only issue I have is that ground coffee comes out the sides. Its not a crazy amount, just enough to find annoying. I have tried to stand there and press the container in and it doesnt help.

Pros: ease of use, lightweight, compact and works out of the box Cons: the grinder can't do espresso or any other brew methods that require fine grind so I don't see why this should be priced at what it is priced at. But the biggest gripe I have is, the coffee grounds get shot into the catch bin where they get stuck on the top of the catch bin. I'd have preferred if that didn't happen.

When you are grinding coffee, you have to push in the bottom container tightly otherwise some of the grinds will go between the container and the back wall of the unit. If the hopper is too empty it will stop grinding. Other than these 2 things I love my new coffee grinder.

I put the coffee beans in halfway through the grind the machine stopped working ! Since I ordered it online now I have to go try to take it to the store...

The idea of this product was great, but it did not perform well. The grind knob has several settings but they all grind at cappuccino grind and it makes a complete mess so that you have to clean the kitchen as well as the grinder after each use. DO NOT BUY UNTIL THIS PRODUCT IS IMPROVED
