I’ve had the coffee maker for 5 weeks now and so far I haven’t had any major problems. However, one issue is that the lid can easily drop into the water, so I have to be careful when replacing it. Secondly, the coffee maker isn’t tall enough for a tall travel mug, so I have to use a regular sized cup to collect the coffee, then pour it into my husband’s travel sized mug. Otherwise it’s a great machine and I hope it lasts a long time.
My wife and I have been using for quite some time a Cuisinart double machine that does both single and multiple servings. But we only needed single so we started looking around and we found this one and it's incredible. It looks good, the coffee taste good, the price is right And it gives you 61, 0 and 12 ounce servings per cup. We are very very happy with this product.
Beautiful coffee pot and easy to clean .just a little to small for a large cup when I have to make a large cup .But over all its a great product..I love it.
So far it’s done better than any of my Keurig coffee makers , definitely gets coffee hotter . Maybe not as fast but I’m not in that big of a hurry ! I’m really pleased with it and the pink makes me happy just to look at it in the morning . And it’s very simple to Operate . No fancy bells and whistles .
Excellent Coffee maker for when guests are visiting. Well I will still use this for our family, it makes it nice to use with company in town. I buy a couple different brands of pods and then my guest can pick from three different size cups of coffee and the coffee taste delicious. So far it's been very easy to use. I've only had it for about four days but I feel it is very easy to use. I hope it holds up. The price point for this machine was very good.
The coffee was good no bad taste works fine . I love the appearance of It is a nice addition to your kitchen if you turning everything in your kitchen pink or just love pink like me use this to make your coffee station pop
It's absolutely beautiful but once I opened it, it has scratches on the water tank, and the water tank also does not sit snug into the back of the coffee pot. I'm extremely disappointed because this is perfect. Now I have to decide if it's going to be sent back today or if it's able to function with the scratches and the tank not connected properly. Please see attached photos. I'm hooking it up now so I will update again after I drink a cup of coffee. Fingers crossed it works good. (I just received this 30 minutes ago)
I was SO impressed when I took it out of the box. It’s built so much sturdier than the last few I’ve had that felt like super cheap, thin plastic. Love the design of the water tank, simple to operate. Then, I realized of over a dozen coffee mugs I own, not a single one will fit. What the heck? I’ve owned several single serve coffee makers and never had this issue before. I am definitely disappointed and plan to return it.
I purchased the coffee maker on four 1624. It has a one year warranty it exploded in August and I email Customer Service August 16 and again on the 19th and no one has returned my my email or anything. The coffee maker exploded even though I had cleaned it and everything so I'm very dissatisfied Just doesn't follow through
I got this cute little coffee mashine for valentine's from my husband. It work great the first month, only thing was that the pink foil stuff came off after the second wash. Now here it is, a month and a half with machine giving me 4 drops of coffee at a time. I love my morning coffee. I need my morning coffee or everyone suffers so I am pisseduoser. What a waste of $65 dollars plus shipping. i want my money back..........
