Better than a Keurig

I love the Pink! It doesn’t take up much space and the coffee is great! It was delivered Fast!

Purchased the Mecity coffee maker to replace a Keurig that constantly leaked. I ordered it online on Wednesday and received it on Thursday. I've only had the unit one week , but it has performed very well so far. I love the fact it came with filters that can be used for coffee and tea grounds that should help decrease the expense of purchasing Kcup pods. I like the beeps it gives with the cup is ready as well as the large 50 oz. reservior. The silver and black unit matched my other kitchen appliances which was great. Hopefully, this unit will last us a long time.

It's absolutely beautiful but once I opened it, it has scratches on the water tank, and the water tank also does not sit snug into the back of the coffee pot. I'm extremely disappointed because this is perfect. Now I have to decide if it's going to be sent back today or if it's able to function with the scratches and the tank not connected properly. Please see attached photos. I'm hooking it up now so I will update again after I drink a cup of coffee. Fingers crossed it works good. (I just received this 30 minutes ago)

I was SO impressed when I took it out of the box. It’s built so much sturdier than the last few I’ve had that felt like super cheap, thin plastic. Love the design of the water tank, simple to operate. Then, I realized of over a dozen coffee mugs I own, not a single one will fit. What the heck? I’ve owned several single serve coffee makers and never had this issue before. I am definitely disappointed and plan to return it.

The Coffee maker itself looks nice but not what I expected. I thought it would be double its size and for $57 or even $100 at its normal price its not worth either! Maybe a $25 coffee maker. 1. The size - I thought it would be double its size, or at least taller (from the picture) and fit a travel mug in it. 2. the 3 options are crazy. In an 8 oz glass - you can choose option 1 to fill it 1/2 of a cup. Option 2- for a half cup and Option 3-for a 3/4 cup. It drips like crazy and for a long time after you have used it so expect to clean that tray underneath per use. The only thing nice about this coffee maker is the size of the water holder.

I purchased the coffee maker on four 1624. It has a one year warranty it exploded in August and I email Customer Service August 16 and again on the 19th and no one has returned my my email or anything. The coffee maker exploded even though I had cleaned it and everything so I'm very dissatisfied Just doesn't follow through

I got this cute little coffee mashine for valentine's from my husband. It work great the first month, only thing was that the pink foil stuff came off after the second wash. Now here it is, a month and a half with machine giving me 4 drops of coffee at a time. I love my morning coffee. I need my morning coffee or everyone suffers so I am pisseduoser. What a waste of $65 dollars plus shipping. i want my money back..........

I’ve only had this machine for 2 weeks, the drip tray insert has already peeled off it’s silver lining!! Very cheaply made!!
