Excellent hot water kettle

Fabulous Love everything about this tea pot . This is a great gift for. Older person or persons because of the shut off . That exactly why I got it to many times I would put my kettle on the stove and get busy and find it was ready to burn . A common mistake . We all don't at least once . We I did it a few times in my life . And my kettle needed to be replaced and I came across this. You must must empty it when your done if your remember make it a habit. . Or I will get a build up and will no longer work Or you will be drinking no such clean water Love it and it o pretty on the counter too

I love my kettle. It's pink and the style is so elegant looking. I only took 1 star off because I wish there was a clear window to see where the water level is. I also wish it held a little more water. You get enough hot water for 2 cups of tea. Luckily it works quickly to heat up water and retains heat well after it's finished.

This is a very low quality item. The switch and heating plate are flimsy, cheap plastic. The switch feels like it will break off when you try to push it down. The handle feels cheap. The opening at the top is very small and it would be difficult to clean inside. I'm returning this and am sad, because I was looking for an electric kettle with no plastic that contacts the water. That is the case, but the entire unit is not worth the cost.
