This nugget ice maker absolutely delivers! It makes crunchy, nugget ice cubes (as opposed to the larger bullets produced by other models). It's a must for anyone that likes tiki beverages, dirty sodas, or just enjoys eating ice. Easy cleanup and a big win for my family. I'd highly recommend!

I've had this icemaker for about two weeks. I absolutely love it! Everyone who visits has to have a glass of chewable ice. Don't have to go to sonic now to get a drink.

I have no complaints works great makes tiny lil nuggets and is not overly complicated in design, which I appreciate. Cost is low and ice is what it wanted it to be. Yay!

So far it works great. The ice is really wet and it takes about 45 minutes to make a full tray. But it's definitely small nugget/ bullet ice. My daughter has medical issues and needed ice to chew on. Hopefully this holds up for years to come. I did buy a 2 year extended warranty. Device is also easy to drain.

Definitely takes longer than 6 minutes to make ice! But, you get what you pay for, can't really complain .....it does make ice. I would not recommend if you need a large quantity of ice ... like for a party or a gathering but for one person it does the job.

easy to set up. did not take long to start making noise, within a week time. does make ice like it should.

In the last week, I've found two pieces of plastic in the ice bin, and I'm concerned this means I've been ingesting plastic. It looks like pieces of an o-ring that have failed.

its a refrigerated unit that makes ice. it clearly states on the box THIS SIDE UP and FedEx delivered it UPSIDE DOWN even took a picture of it UPSIDE down. due to this, it never worked. picture shows fedex delivery upside down (notice no instructions on the bottom and the delivery driver tried their best to not show the arroes are pointing down instead of up! ,along with a picture i took of it top side up! showing the instructions and you can see the arrows point up!

I have, and have had several of these table top nugget ice makers. This one by far is the worst one. I wouldn't buy this particular one. Actually at this moment I can hear it squealing while it struggles to make ice. The design is pitiful. The ice bin hardly fills up, the ice doesn't fall it piles straight up so the sensors thinks it's full when their is only a handful. Maybe mine is just a lemon.
