I have degenerative disc disease and cervical radiculapathy, so driving can cause pain in my neck area. When I was looking for something, I wasn't sure I would find anything that would actually do as it said. THIS is EXACTLY what I need! The memory foam makes it super comfortable! AND, it fits my neck perfectly!! I highky recommend this product! And it is super easy to install!

I sometimes have neck pain due to the space between the headrest and the back of the chair. This really helped tremendously to ease the tension I sometimes feel when riding on extended car trips.

This is a great purchase. Not only can it be used in the car, but I also use it for laying on the ground behind my neck when I'm in pain or having neck issues. The pillow is the perfect size, and support. Not too hard. Supportive yet very soft. If you have chronic neck or upper back pain, you will love this pillow.

Seems like a great product that will help with neck pain for long drives. I will know for sure later this week when I use it for a long drive.

In my opinion this would warrant 5 stars on everything if they would use a High Density Foam....If you need true "support," this is not for you....It squishes flat with very little pressure....So, unfortunately, it does not offer much except that it is easy to place over the headrest and looks good.

For me, the foam is too soft like a soft pillow and I sink into it too far. It doesn't provide the neck support I was looking for. Otherwise, it's a nice shape and the materials feel nice enough.

The neck support was a little on the high side, probably because of the seat. So they should design it more ergonomically with a lower height to support the neck.

Did not contour correctly to body/poor ergonomics.
