Was in need of one and I was lucky enough to find it on sale at Wmart. Works perfectly, definitely recommend it.

This garbage can is so cool. When you're in the kitchen busy cooking a meal and your hands are full , you can throw something away hands free, Wala! It just opens up for you.

it looks nice, the ad sounds like it is half the price of similar but they make it up in shipping costs so if you have to return it, you lose the shipping costs. I didn't notice this till it was too late or I would have paid regular price from another vendor just in case I didn't like it and wanted to return it.

The trashcan itself is nice BUT on Walmart.com is listed the can with FREE SHIPPING. At checkout there was a $19.99 shipping charge. I called Customer Service and after 20 minute of a runaround iI was finally given a long number and instructed to call back in 24 hrs after making my purchase WITH the $19.99 shipping charge, give the CS rep the long number and they will remove the $19.99 shipping charge. So I made the purchase and called back 24 hrs later, gave them the number and after waiting another 20 minutes i was told they were unable to waive it due to it being a 3rd party. I asked why Walmart.com offered free shipping on something I was going to be charged shipping by the seller, I felt that was false advertisement. It ended up taking 3 phone calls, 2 emails and 3 days and only received $16.66 back.

If the product comes damaged, you have to wait 48 hours for the vendor to contact you to tell you to take a picture of the product and send it to them so if you're not computer savvy, you're in a lot of bull crap then I'm making it easy which that's the way it should be easy the way you took my money. That's the way I should get it back or replaced.

Don't buy product from this vendor, after delivery found that lid width is smaller than expected. When I started return they don't provide return label and they wanted us to pay the return package cheers which is higher than original price of the product.

This is not a 13 gallon trash can it is smaller and I've been trying to return it and I'm still waiting. Have them heard anything else that I have to wait 24 to 72 hours I haven't got any response to my email.

Item was broken. It was all dented up. Does not work. Tried calling Walmart for a refund have had no response. Tried calling the seller. They've never responded either.

Love the item except I purchased it through a 3rd party seller by accident. Went to return it and WAL-MART would not take it back bc it was a 3rd Party Seller. This did it for me %26 Walmart-done. Be careful when ordering!!!

I am so disappointed with this automatic trash can. The entire reason I purchased this model was for the convenience of hands-free . The sensor is not sensitive enough, you have to really hover over it to make it open. The majority of the time it does not close automatically the most frustrating part is how tedious it is to insert a bag.
