Grill brick for cleaning black stone grill
Worked well. Much like I had used on restaurant grill years ago to clean after use during the day. Oiled grill surface first used brick. Cleaned with water and wiped with rag. Worked well

Restaurant grade
Very functional and quick to clean with this brick. It reminds me of when I worked in high volume restaurants in my teens/20s. It does like all these bricks cause a sulphuric type smell as cleaning however doesn't stick or stay smelling like that. For a flat griddle type of grill I add just a small amount of water to help aid the clean. It's fast and effective. I rate this a 4.4 experience out of 5.

Works well but.
Will work well on a griddle. But as far as a grill it's to soft and wears down way to fast. Limestone ia a better option.
