I would highly recommend this product.
I gave a bottle to my daughter who had a sinus infection that wouldn't clear up. Within a day she had a big improvement and within a few days it was gone.

This is the best proactive way to keep your nasal passages clear. I use this daily to prevent sinusitis and it works great!

if people new more about this, helps tremendously. I would use this rather than any medical nasal spray. this much safer.
