Bachans Japanese BBQ sauce is a great go-to sauce to spice up cooking all types of cuisine, especially Asian. It's great on tofu, fish, and meat dishes like hamburgers and pulled pork. If you like having soy sauce on the table, you'll also like having this condiment as well. Cooking at home is key to managing diabetes. I do recommend it.

Great taste not too much of anything like sweetness or overly strong barbecue flavors. The cost made me hesitate but it's quality product.

good to add to any dish with mixed vegetables and a protein like steak, chicken, or pork (precook and cut into small pieces) to give it a Chinese food like taste. We like to add it to Costco's Yakatori chicken to amp up the taste.
