Our birds love this feeder! It took them a couple of days to discover it, but once they did it , it was a huge success.

So far the little finches, love it! I was afraid maybe they would be afraid to go into the cage, but they're not. I have rigged some other stuff up to keep the squirrels at bay. So far very successful!

I purchased because I have trouble with large, or aggressive birds feeding at my old feeder. They have left and I now have a variety of small birds.

We purchased this feeder to feed the small birds in our back yard, keeping out larger birds and squirrels. It is easy to fill and hang. The birds like it too.

Seems better for smaller birds like chickadee's. It does not gravity feed sunflower seeds so don't plan on using those. Smaller seeds for smaller birds. Sparrows don't like it much. So far the squirrels have left it alone. We have fewer birds and no squirrels which is saving us big time on seed costs.
