Kingsyard Squirrel Proof Double Suet Feeder, Metal Cage Bird Feeders for Outdoors Hanging, Green

It does not come with the suets of course, but holds two, so we had to go to the store to buy them. Our feeder has been in use for the past week, and already during fall migration we are getting birds using it every day. I have seen no squirrels at the feeder, just birds. It takes no seeds just suet, which is fine.

It works! No more pesky squirrels! The small birds are using it and my different sized woodpeckers are able to use it. Unfortunately the Blue Jays have figured it out, but they aren't at it a lot. Best purchase ever!

Wonderful product. Like most new feeders, the birds took a few weeks to trust, especially smaller ones that have to get inside exterior cage to reach suet. Am glad I purchased.

This suet feeder is great! It appears to be made of quality material. The feeder's bottom tray allows me to put seed on it so the birds can access seeds while they are feeding on the suet. No more suet holders that the birds, squirrels and whatnot pull the doors open and take off with the suet!

Easy to refill. The smaller birds can get inside while keeping the larger crackles out. It has two slots for suet. The handle has small rust spots on it already, but overall it works well.

This is a decent cage suet feeder. It will hold 2 suet cakes and the squirrels won't be able to get to it. I wish the cage was a couple inches wider to help keep starlings and grackles from the suet. I'm going to have my husband drill a few more drain holes in the bottom. I haven't used it yet but I hope the Downy woodpeckers, sparrows and finches will like it.

I liked the design and the sturdiness right off. The color is beautiful and the lacquer finish is also very nice. So far, it has proven to be squirrel proof. The only draw back for me is that the outside openings are still large enough to allow larger pushy birds in...I still haven't seen my woodpeckers or smaller birds making their way to the suet because the big guys fight them off.

i love that large birds starlings etc can not get into feeder. the small birds stick as finches are scared to go in also lol

This feeder is built solidly. But there is not enough room inside the feeder for a hairy woodpecker to comfortably sit and use the suet. They must stay outside of the feeder to comfortably to eat suet. Otherwise the feeder is fine for the smaller woodpecker Downy to use it properly. That is the only I gave it a 2 rating. It is reasonably priced and attractive. Kathy Sieminski

I have had this suet feeder for exactly two days. The first day, none of the birds could quite figure it out, understandably. Today - the squirrels were able to knock it off the deck hook and sent it flying to the ground. It is now all whacked out of shape inside from the force of the landning. I cannot get it bent back up like it should be. It seems to me that the handle on top to hang is not a proper design to keept his from happening. Wasted $$$ big time.
