I love that this provides spice without tasting like a taco! I use this when grilling seafood, in hot dips, on my oven baked fries, and in pastas. Sautée shrimp in butter and this for a great flavor that doesn't overwhelm the shrimp, but has some kick.

I love this spice mix! It is different than taco seasoning, but it has a great Mexican flavor with just the right amount of heat. I have been looking for new fajita seasoning for awhile now, since I no longer shop at a spice shop run by a guy who doesn't want customers that dont agree with his politics. This is my new favorite spice mix and it is way less expensive than any of the other spice shops I have tried. I dont care about the company's politics unless they care about mine. LOL

I purchased this after making a meal from Hello Fresh that called for Southwest seasoning. I wanted to recreate the dish, but didn't have anything to substitute. Tried this, and it was perfect! Went back and bought 3 more bottles. You do need to use a bit to get a strong flavor. Other reviewer is right -- it has a different taste than taco meat, but gives your meal a southwest flavor. Hope they always keep this in stock!

I opened this up and tried it before I put on any food. I really wanted to like it, but I personally did not care for the taste at all. I threw it away and did not use.
