Old El Paso Taco Seasoning, Original, Large Size, 6.25 oz.

For some reason Walmart cannot keep the packets in stock, they keep their own brand in stock but not Old El Paso and I like it more than the Great Value brand. I saw this and figured I'd give it a try. I really like it. I can use as much or as little as I like the container seals back up and it's so convenient. I wish they had a low sodium version but this works well. It has great flavor and it's a bargain in the long run compared to individual packets. Not to mention it's in stock.

I have made a lot of tacos and burritos for my family and have always used packets of this taco seasoning. Now I cook for one and don't need an entire packet and using this is perfect. It gives you more than you would get in packets and you only use what you need and then seal it up. This larger container is the way to go. No more packets, spills and stale seasoning for me and at a much lower cost.

this makes it nice and easy to use when you need a little extra taste or to sprinkle on food for color or just a little taste i like using it on my boiled eggs or on my baked, grilled chicken and fish. taste pretty good on steam veggies like using bay seasoning. do recommend.

Everywhere else I decided to try the can this time I really buy the packs but this is have always been my favorite brand over 10 years from great flavor texture.

In the past I have transitioned from using packets of taco seasoning to this container. The Old El Paso brand has a wonderful flavor that I have used for many years. I like the fact that I can use as little or as much as I need by purchasing this container. The seasoning is proportioned properly and not too spicy so it is great for the whole family.

Love this product. Great taste and so convenient to use. I no longer have to open a taco seasoning packet just to use a bit. Now my packets stay sealed and remain fresh. Highly recommend.

Amazing seasoning in an AWFUL container. The spoon doesn’t fit, to fill in a spoon by shaking doesn’t work, the only way to use it is to shake it forever. You can not open it. So it works only if you need to season your food a little but not measure in spoons. I understand older container was plastic, but they have to do something about the lid

I truly did not like the taste of this taco seasoning. It seemed overly salty and the overall flavor just didn't taste good. I will not purchase this again and don't recommend it. I will go back to seasoning my tacos with my own seasonings.

I make tacos a lot, so I thought this would be a nice way to reduce my cost as well as waste, but I was sorely mistaken. I think whoever made this shaker doesn't understand how to use their own product, because how am I supposed to measure out a table spoon of powder when there is no way to just pour out the seasoning easily. I was hoping this would be less hassle than the single-use packets, but I think I'll stick to the packets from now on. The seasoning itself is perfectly fine, but the design of this shaker just makes me mad.

the seasoning was fine i guess. the problem was that the bottom randomly popped off during the first use. it dumped seasoning all over the counter, the floor, my clothes. total mess. i wanted to be mad but i have to admit it was kind of funny.
