The item is nice and feels pretty sturdy. It's light enough to easily move, but heavy enough to support bench and chest presses and it works well with the squat cage. For the money, the Lite Balance Form bench is great. The one con is that the tongue that holds up the back seems a bit small. However, with any weight on it, it will not move or come out.

Brought this for my 15yr old son and he loves it. He is working out everyday now. This bench is very sturdy and comfortable. I'm 226lbs and I have no issues at all when I use it. I love how I can adjust the back. I personally don't like laying down while lifting weights so I can easily adjust the back to sit straight up. Feels really good on my back. It's also very easy to assemble. Took me only 45mins to an hour. Overall I give it 5 stars and more.

Amazing bench at a reasonable price! Very stable. Assembly is easy, and took around 30 minutes only. All parts provided and good quality. Bench is sturdy and is very comfortable to use. Wide seats so suitable for all dumbell exercises.

This weight bench was so easy to put together. It took less time to assemble than to take it out of the box. It is simple, sturdy and well made. All the nuts and bolts were there and the holes aligned perfectly. I was able to do a workout with my one dumbbell and the bench allowed me to modify some exercises to allow for my weak knees. It also arrived sooner than expected.

An amazing ..rock solid product. My 8th grader was able to put it together with ease. Looks great, feels sturdy and gets the job done. I was not expecting it to be a strong built. Way better than expected. Sufficient padding for my back. I had ordered 2 benches from 2 different vendors.. this one came first and i am cancelling the other order as i am content with the quality. I'm so happy with this bench! I was able to put it together by myself in about 45 mins, no issues. Its extremely sturdy, that was my biggest concern. And at the same time, easy for me to move around out of the way. I'm really glad I bought this over weird brands on Amazon. If your deciding on making the purchase, I say DO IT. You also get 90 day returns if it doesn't fit your needs.

Overall, this is a good product for the money. However, there is not enough space between the bottom and upper cushion to allow for a 90° positioning of the upper cushion relative to the lower one. In this position, it causes bulging out of of the fabric overlying the lower cushion. This raises some concerns about durability in that case. Otherwise, for the price paid, it is reasonable.

I bought this for my husband. It feels well built and it is what he was looking for. Only gave it 4 stars because unfortunately, the box was damaged in transit and it is missing some hardware but once that is addressed it would be 5 stars.

The box it came in looked like a crumpled piece of paper. And because there was no internal product protection, ie bubble wrap or foam, the heavy metal pieces were slammed against each other. The seat was damaged by this. I'm am awaiting a reply from customer service for a replacement seat but they have not responded yet. I'll be taking it back to Walmart if they don't respond..

The bench itself is pretty decent. Mine arrived with a ripped back rest. I emailed support, whose contact info was inside the packing mind you. I told them about the rip and asked for a replacement back rest. Their response was that they no longer sell the bench and to contact Walmart about a refund. They did not take ANY additional steps to try to rectify the situation. The brand lost me as a customer and I have purchased their equipment before.
