I love these and love the gray color. I use them with small jars for my spices
The Ball 6 pack leakproof regular mouth lids are perfect, seals tight, material is good too. I highly recommend them 👍🏻
Absolutely awesome! I can jellies and jams quite a bit and when opening one to use, I always dread adding back the ring and using the ring and lid for closure while in the fridge. These screw on mason jar storage lids are handy and easy to use. They make my life easier.
Where have these been all my life? No more replacing and rust! A win
Ball 6 pack leakproof regular mouth reusable plastic jar lids - these are great! I use them once I open a sealed jar of jam to keep in the fridge, much easier than trying to get the silver lid and ring back on. They also worked out nicely for a little extra jam from my batch that didn't quite fill a full size jar, I filled the jar with the remainder of the jam and didn't process in the water bath, I used these lids and store the jam in the fridge to use first. I didn't need all 6 lids so shared some with a friend!
I got charged for 7 bags. They used 5 by putting these lids in its own bag. I'm so tired of bag over charges and they know about it. I love these lids. It is again bagging error and overcharging. I hope everyone checks bag over charges. It adds up.
These lids are quite wonderful. I store water in 32 ounce mason jars (I think I have about 30 or so) so that the chlorine will get out of the jar by the time I drink 3 of those a day so they rotate out after 10 days or so (chlorine causes prostate cancer I'm pretty sure though I potentially could be wrong about that). These lids don't appear to leak. I wash one jar a day as I add one lemon to the water as I eat my breakfast and eat oatmeal with bananas and/or sweet cherries and it goes well with those. Helps my gout if I have gout which I may since my knees have been hurting some and I had been eating a lot of sardines which have purines that cause gout sometimes. Lemon water and tart cherry juice is supposed to help with that or tart cherries. I couldn't find tart cherries but they have tart cherry juice at Walmart which I drink 8 ounces a day along with 4 ounces of concord grape juice so it isn't so tart and dilute with water (about 30 ounces of water)
I purchased these for making salads in a jar and taking soups to work. These lids are secure and leak-proof as advertised. I have since purchased the wide mouth size also. These are a better alternative than peanut butter or mayonnaise lids when considering plastic lids for refrigerator or freezer storage. I haven't tested these for dry goods, like seasonings, flour, sugar, etc, but I'm confident in thinking that these would prevent bugs from entering the sealed jars.
I couldn't hold in the excitement when this package arrived. It's a six pack of lids! Right! I don't even have the jars I JUST LIKE LIDS! I can throw them like frisbees, use them to trap bugs, play the shell game with the cat, use them to hold screws while I reassemble my PC, set them on a fence and shoot bb's at them, scoop sand make round sand thingies, fill them with water for birds to drink from, fill them with plaster and use them as hockey pucks, etc, et al. Naw, just kidding. I gave them to my wife so she can use them as biscuit cutters.
The 2-part, canning lids that come with the jars, aren't the easiest for kids (or anyone) to frequently open and close for drinks or whatever is inside. we use these lids on jars for drinks, dressings, snacks, overnight oats, etc. and they work great, without leaking.
